Our room was clean and comfortable, Hotel Riu is well located for everything we wanted to do. The fire pits were a nice touch, and the hotel staff were wonderful. Bag check was very convenient, we stored our bags before and after check in instead of leaving them in our car. Breakfast was really good for an included hotel breakfast. Lots of variety and pretty fresh.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Aside from pastries, fruit, and bagels, they had warm pancakes, sausages, eggs and bacon. They were open until 10:30, which is great for those who want to sleep in.

Rooms were extremely small and tight, bathroom was not cleaned very well. Hotel seems nice in pictures and lobby area but rooms and hall areas around are very outdated and not sound proof. Staff and other guests are not the friendliest.

The room was a good size but the bathroom was small and aged. Poor toiletries and the water flow in the sink was terrible. Didn’t like being charged an undisclosed facilities fee until after we booked. Didn’t use the facilities anyway.
