Excellent breakfast, the air/ heating unit leaked and we had a wet floor in our room by the window. We didn’t notice it was wet until the night prior to check out. Also we were not in the main building but across the street, with no handicap ramp, so had to carry our luggage up outside steps. We would not stay there again unless in the main hotel building. Our room was 1107

Good location. Good timing for the check in and checkout. Good price for New Year's. However, we did not get the bayview which we had paid for. Heated pool. Very small bathroom. Hard to open the door. Low water pressure in the sink. Needed more towels and toilet paper. Toiletries were subpar for a 4 star hotel.

The location was quite good in that it was minutes to restaurants and shops. The room was not very clean - old trash in trashcan and someone else’s hair on the bed sheet (that was particularly disgusting). The bathroom was microscopic, you have to step inside the bathtub to close the door to use the toilet. Breakfast bar was very crowded and food was very average, we ended up only going once even though we had to pay for it daily (part of the resort fee, which also didn’t make sense as other than the outdoor pool there was nothing special about it, and at 45F the pool was not pleasant usable either). Resort fee was per person, so if you have 2 adults and 2 toddlers it’s almost 90$ extra per night that you have to pay, this overall made this hotel too expensive for what it was offering.

This hotel charge additional fees by guests stay in the room daily if anyone who is older than 2 years old. Very strange rule and not clear on booking. Plus the room is tiny but the shower has crazy low water pressure.
