Buffet breakfast was very good. Aside from pastries, fruit, and bagels, they had warm pancakes, sausages, eggs and bacon. They were open until 10:30, which is great for those who want to sleep in.

Rooms were extremely small and tight, bathroom was not cleaned very well. Hotel seems nice in pictures and lobby area but rooms and hall areas around are very outdated and not sound proof. Staff and other guests are not the friendliest.

We were accommodated on 3rd floor, and when 4th floor residents were moving around in their room we could hear their footsteps and at the same time their floor which is our sealing was making squeaky noises. And those residents were up since 3 or 4 am. We had a 2 terrible sleepless nights.

The rooms were noise. I was on the first floor and I could hear the people above walking around in their room. I was also in the side that has a bus depot, which had vehicles coming in and out all night. Location was good though.

Inseto (aranha) no quarto. Falta de iniciativa da recepção em resolver problema, relatou que a responsabilidade é/era da empresa hotéis/expedia. A estrutura do hotel favorece a ocorrência de barulho no quarto/sobretudo dos andares acima.

Staff was just less than courteous, the room standard a disappointment shower. Water pressure is joke not the mention the small sink. Water pressure was just a drip. But the buffet made up for the disappointing stay. Should we stay here again, hmm maybe not. The zephyr and the holiday inn, I think is the best option next time.

The room and facility were very nice and clean. All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The Bell cap was excellent. The location was excellent for walking to the wharf.

Staff were very friendly from start to end. It was very easy to check in & the front desk staff were very helpful. Although it is an older hotel the room & corridors were clean. The hotel is close to many attractions, stores & restaurants.
