Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf Hotel

Had a great stay here and the only thing that went wrong was the use of the elevators. You have to use your room key to go up, great idea...however, sometimes...it didn't quite work like it should have. We had our keys error out three times only to work on the forth and it was kind of a hassle. Other than that, the hotel is very nice.

We had four adults and a baby and they only have double sized beds (for same room stay). I was hoping for queen sized beds however they do not accommodate that. Unfortunately my husband had to sleep on the floor as the bed was too small with the baby in the middle. Also we had to move a bed against the wall so my son would not roll off of the bed and there was what appeared to be vomit beneath the bed. Very gross. I would not stay here again.

first of all if you book through a third party like orbitz rather than booking directly through the hotel chain you get treated like a 2nd class citizen. additionally the rooms are never available at 3:00P.M.; more real;istically by 4:00p.m. which is a definite hassle if you actually want to see something at the wharf area. once you get by the inconveniences the facilities are good.

We came to San Francisco for a family vacation. The hotel staff was very polite, welcoming and most helpful with nearby restaurants, attractions, etc. The rooms were clean (we had three total) and we enjoyed the gas fireplaces outside the lobby and the snack/coffee/beverage bar in the lobby. We were informed the pool was heated year - round but it was chilly! Still had a great time:)

I went with my family 2 kids 9 and 1. It was an easy walk to Fishermans Wharf and other restaurants. I'm glad I chose this hotel, the location made our visit better.

Older facility showing its age. Just a basic room, no amenities worth mentioning; parking is very expensive; did like location.

We were able to walk to Pier 39, our boat that took us out to the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz! If it wasn't close enough for us to walk we would catch the cable car. Great location.

We traveled with our 3 yr old twins and everything was so close. The staff were extremely sweet a helpful. Like most hotels, there was a parking fee ($57) and tax fee ($7) for the parking fee so budget accordingly.

Great location! Close walk to the pier, food, and all the San Francisco entertainment.

Quiet, clean room. Great location. Staff generally not very friendly. Place is worn out. The view from our room was terrible. Son loved the pool. Workout facility was very nice. Parking and WiFi crazy expensive. Use Spothero app to park a block away for half the cost and free WiFi in the lobby.

This hotel is dated and noisy, but it is close to great restaurants and tourist attractions. It is within walking distance to Pier 39, the Alcatraz departure spot, Exploratorium, and Ghirardelli Square.

The check in process was quick. The representative could have been friendlier. The hotel condition has been well-maintained since I last stayed in 2009. The housekeeping staff was the worse I've encountered. Jenny directed me to lobby to replenish coffee, shampoo/conditioner, and toilette paper since I didn't want my room serviced. She raised her voice and walked away not answering my question as to where I needed to go and why if she has the items on her cart right outside my room.

Would be great for a family or fist time visitors to San Francisco.

Location was the best part of this hotel. However , our room was right next to the street so we kept getting woken up throughout the night by drunk people and by the heater that kept making noises . It was a little pricey for what we got.

Close to pier 39. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was expensive $56, but it was for in and out privileges through 4pm on the checkout day so overall based on city parking costs it was reasonable. room was comfortable, clean.

I've been coming to this hotel for 3 years now, the staff is amazing, always helpful last year I got sick on the way to the hotel and the staff did they're best to make me feel comfortable. And this time they went above and beyond for us once again. Basically the staff and obviously the location are the reason we keep coming back. It's guaranteed next year I will be visiting again.

No complimentary breakfast Near bus depot Internet is highly expensive

Location is good and the staff is excellent. Room is too noisy as you can hear people walking above or showering or flushing the toilet.

The hotel is in the best location of San Francisco but I was very disappointed about the cleanliness of the hotel. The carpet looks dirty and the towels had stains of who knows what... Customer service was fast and the people was nice and effective, we had an issue with the curtain that didn't close so the send a technician very fast. The hotel management have to improve the cleanliness in general.

The rooms are small. We got two full size beds instead of two Queens. If you're a person that needs a good size space to sleep, two people do not fit comfortable. There are no amenities. Everything is an extra charge. Cable, WiFi, a fridge, microwave. Where as these amenities are included with the stay at other hotels. Not the Sheraton. The room space is minimal just enough space for a bed and an ancient TV with no cable not even a sofa to sit and relax. Sofa would probably be an extra charge too, if there was enough room to fit one. The rooms are clean and they do an excellent job in cleaning and it's near everywhere we visited. So we could walk and not have to pay for parking many of the times since we already had to pay $178 for 3 nights for parking.
