Nice hotel. Clean, helpful staff. The food was good at the Bistro. Would definitely stay here again.

Good, clean. convenient. We enjoyed the space and the easy access to the hote

Room was comfortable although the sitting furniture could be greatly improved. Bar and kitchen okay though limited. Very quiet and staff friendly and helpful.

Great staff, clean, heated pool and spa. Quiet with shopping within shopping distance. A little confusing to get to but easy once you drive it once.

Great location, hotel staff was very friendly. Pool was a little dated, and the jets in the hot tub only worked on a half side. Overall I would book again here.

Excellent staff. Stayed in remodeled room which was nicely done. Minimal noise and dust from remodeling on the first floor.

I would recommend friends and family to stay for sure!

I really love the location for where I am working in town. Overall the staff is extremely helpful and professional. I rated it down for the value. To pay close to $300 for a Courtyard Marriott for the night is ridiculous. Also, the amenities are standard Courtyard with the upgraded bistro. Very clean and a good night sleep. Just wish that there was a standard rate for these places that do not sky rocket like this.

My daughter and I stayed there for a volleyball tournament at the San mateo expo and we had a great stay. We enjoy the indoor pool and fire pit.

This Marriott was nice but I wouldn't recommend it if you ate vacationing in the area. The room was clean and the staff were friendly but the lay out was poor and the view was non existent. The outside courtyard was beautiful but you couldn't get to the pool from it. There is only one elevator so getting luggage to the other side of the hotel was a hassle. If you are traveling for business this location would be nice but not if you are trying to enjoy the bay area.

The staff was extremely helpful. Probably the friendliest staff I have met. The food was on par with a breakfast restaurant. The French toast was really good. My only issue was that I didn't realize how far from San Fran we were. We took the Caltrain and it's an hour on the train each way.

Location is very good ! Bed is one of the worst I've slept in. TOO soft ! Starbucks across the street. Clean except for one bath towel.which was stained and hanging. Lobby is well arranged and friendly with food counter.

Stayed here with family for a quick SFO visit over a weekend. Just stayed for a night - the only thing I missed was there was no free breakfast. The hotel did have a cafe with breakfast options. There is also a Starbucks and JambaJuice right opposite to the hotel. The location and price trade-off is very good given the 30 min drive to downtown SFO but without the high price of hotels in SFO. Will stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Each stay has been pleasant. The staff is professional. Overall cleanliness is great,

Very nice, courtyard was pretty. Decor was modern. I think breakfast should be complementary at the price and that would of been better. The indoor pool and spa is nice do to the weather.

For the price and star rating, the hotel experience was better than what I expected.

We enjoyed staying at the Courtyard. It has a renovated lobby and very friendly staff. Our room was very comfortable, included HBO, a nice tv, and couch. Did not include breakfast, but parking was free. Great for those who need a quick overnight convenient to the airport.

Stayed here the night before I had to take an 8 hour exam so that I would have to drive an hour from my house in the morning. Looking back now I should have just stayed home. There waste music playing all night. It was the just the bass that traveled into my room so i couldn't tell where it was coming from and earplugs wouldn't have helped. I tried calling the front desk on four separate occasions only to have them answer once. I told them about the problem and they said they would send someone. The music still played into the night and no one was answering the front desk phone. I finally cost sick of the the noise and found where it was coming from and banged on the door myself at 2am. So much for getting a good nights sleep. Should have staying in a cheaper hotel and I probably would have gotten a better nights sleep. Also the floor had big stains on it and there was somebody else's hair on the blankets. Would not stay here again.

Everything was great except room service people were very noisy in the hallway in the morning. All else was great! Would definitely return.

The hotel is very comfortable to stay. The only problem is somehow we could hear the next door person's talk, and wished the room could be more quiet. But the room is quiet and free from disturbance from street, etc., just the next door neighbor's voice could be heard. Maybe it was because of the door between two rooms.
