Great location just steps from the beach with a beautiful sunrise view over the bay. Surprisingly quiet considering most of the surrounding condos are rentals. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for stairs, but it was well worth it for the view. Would definitely rent again!

Superb!

Great location, so much to walk to! Property was very clean, beds super comfortable and bedrooms/bedroom closets good size. Very well appointed and modern kitchen with high end appliances and quite a variety or pots, pans, bowls and containers, coffe and tea pots, the list goes on and on! It rained the whole time we were there so we weren’t able to use the grill on the balcony as I had hoped to do. My very talented husband was able to back in his 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 into the garage! It was a tight squeeze but it fit! We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

Relaxing San Diego Getaway

We had a great stay! This condo is in a great location. A close drive to everything we wanted to do and walkable to some restaurants as well as Starbucks. We ate at the Sandbar Sports bar one evening and it was great! It was nice to be able to easily get to downtown San Diego, Pacific Beach and La Jolla but still be in a quieter area. The condo was just as described. Clean. Comfortable beds. Good communication with rental company. The garage was a tight fit but worked:) There are several flights of stairs in the unit but that allows for a pretty view. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location and beautiful condo

We recently stayed in Mission Beach after spending a few days in Disneyland. This condo was the perfect place for our family. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to any restaurants or coffee shops. Check in and communication with the host was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying. here again!

Loved everything!

This is an amazing property in the perfect location. View of the Bay to the right and the Ocean to the left. The property is just as shown in the pictures- totally new with higher end finishes. We walked and rode bikes everywhere. Definitely would rent again!

Had a great time and loved the location. AC is a big plus as San Diego can be a little hot. Plenty of towels, boogie boards and chairs. Lots of food nearby to walk.

Family get-a-way

The most fully stocked rental I’ve ever stayed. Plenty of towels and dishes. Amenities are good. Make sure you press the button when you want hot water and keep pressing it every 20 minutes if you still need it. Awesome location. Easy walk to both beaches and restaurants. It’s a top floor suite, 2 stories of steps. Midsized SUV fits well in the garage. Watch out for the low ceiling when you open the tailgate. The floor is dirty but so are all the other places I’ve rented. Just bring dark socks to wear indoors to avoid black feet. I would stay here again.

Great location, new unit, and great communication with surf style vacation homes.

40 steps to Mission Bay Beach. Three blocks opposite is the ocean. Central location. Close access to Great beach, walking and bicycle paths along the bay and ocean. Very clean, two year old, well furnished unit.Surf Style Vacation Homes quickly responsive to any inquiries. Requested three very minor repairs to which their handyman, came and fixed the next day. The tandem garage is a bit narrow. Access into the garage from the narrow alley like street requires a bit of finesse a truck or large SUV, would find it more challenging getting into the garage. My friends and I enjoyed our stay, and would rent the place again.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay- fantastic location, beautifully decorated…beds were comfy, so was the couch.. nice to have outdoor space on upper deck and lower patio ! We would absolutely woudl stay here again!

Fantastic property

Fantastic property. Just a few steps from the bay. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and new. Spacious. Had 4 adults and 2 babies and it was the perfect space for us. Easy access to both the bay and the beach. Walkable to Belmont park and other restaurants and attractions. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful Place, Perfect Location

My family (4 adults, three kids) had a wonderful time here! The place was BEAUTIFUL, completely upgraded and perfect size for all of us to be comfortable. The closeness to the bay was great for morning and night walks. We spent a full day in the bay which was relaxing and fun for all. The beach is also very close and easily accessible. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

Our stay at the condo was very enjoyable. The unit was very clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear, concise and helpful. The location was excellent- a short 30 second walk to the bay and a less than 5 minute walk to the ocean and Belmont amusement park. We had a great time and would definitely stay again! Parking is a little tough, but doable! We were able to park two Santa Fe's in the tandum garage.
