We have rented 7 different houses in Mission Beach. This one by far is the best. Spring Break, with my beautiful wife in the amazing master suite. 6 college students slept in queen bunk beds and queen size beds separated by a perfect jack and jill setup. Staircase perfect for social media posts, kitchen with everything (say air fryer!) Every amenity, good beds, great linens. Everything is new, Everything works, everything is clean, robes for the master bedroom, a rooftop getaway that gave the college students a place to escape to. 2 car garage, with Laundry on the 1st and 3rd floor. Floor to ceiling sliding glass wall on 1st and 2nd floor over looking nothing but Blue skies Blue ocean. BUT all of this beauty comes at a price...everyone stops in front of your house and says "Nice House" Sitting on the porch enjoying an adult beverage at Sunset with fire pit on and you are in a fish bowl. Don't rent this house and expect to dissappear, rent this house, and Be Seen!The Cherry on top charged Blue Tooth Speaker, ALL Beach necessities in locker on the side of the house, outside shower and foot bath, 2 huge umbrellas, AC, checking out and leaving is the Easiest we have ever experienced.

Beautiful home, convenient location with views, right on the beach, perfectly stocked home, clean, lovely high ceilings and windows making the spaces open and bright, easy check-in, and really appreciated the easy check-out process, the way they took care of cleaning and garbage barrels. Often feel renting requires some work but this was a true vacation experience. I would highly recommend and would book again in the future. Might be my favorite VRBO home to date.

Amazing beachfront stay!This house is truly right on the beach—the location can’t be beat. Belmont Park is close by, and the boardwalk is perfect for walking or riding bikes. The home has a great view and a fire pit, plus huge glass doors that create amazing indoor–outdoor living. The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were great. The host was very responsive, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was the best spot we have stayed in at San Diego, the house is gorgeous and the ease of getting to the beach is unmatched. Watching the waves break in the morning with a cup of coffee was the best way to start the day, add in all the games and sound system in this house just made the trip even better. They were so great to answer any questions we had and made us feel so welcomed. This was for my 30th birthday with a group of 14 and everyone has asked that we make this a yearly trip and save this house specifically because of how nice it was, we can’t wait to be back!
