The unit was perfect for our three generation family visit. Really well-equipped for a beach vacation. Check-in and communication with host was excellent—very responsive. Walking distance to ocean, bay, eating and Belmont Park was great. Only thing to be aware of is that the neighborhood is VERY busy, loud and noisy in the summer.

Great property for a family! Close walk to beach or bay! Right in the hub of Mission Beach, but quieter than I expected! I asked my soon-to-be be three years old grandson, what we your favorite part of our trip? Playing on the beach in the water? Sea World? His answer, eating outside! We spent so much time around the table sharing meals, it was the highlight of my trip too!

Great place for our family

We really enjoyed our stay on Mission Beach! Great walkable amenities - Belmont Park, the beach itself, coffee, restaurants. Our kids also enjoyed the playground just a half mile south. The unit was great and had everything we needed with many thoughtful touches from the hosts.

Brand new property and excellent location

The home is new construction with nice modern amenities, appliances, and furniture. The property was well stocked with kitchen, bath, and beach supplies. It is an excellent location with about a block's walk to both the ocean and the bay. Centrally located if you want to drive to La Jolla, Downtown, Sea World, Coronado, and other attractions. Great host also.
