The worst experience ever

This hotel was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I retired from the Intercontinental group after 30 years so we thought we would come to San Diego. They were sold out of the Intercontinental downtown that I worked out and help opened was full. The gentleman who checked me in was rude and the woman that worked after him I should say girl Was the worst. They don’t know anything about their jobs. They don’t know anything about the hotel or how to pick up a broom I will never stay at a motel six again.
No alarm clock and the phone didn’t even work

Staff was super friendly. I showed them pics and videos of the roaches in my room and they offered me a refund. I appreciated it and took them up on it. Wended up driving back to Los Angeles at 11 that night. I couldn’t relax.
