¡Estás relajando vacaciones comienza en el momento en que entras por la puerta! Las vistas son increíbles Esta propiedad se encuentra en Mission Bay Boardwalk, con vistas a la playa de arena y barcos de vela atracados en el agua. Nos encanta sentarnos en la terraza y asar a la parrilla y ver los fuegos artificiales de Sea World en las cálidas noches de verano. La unidad también es muy luminosa ... muchos de los pequeños y pintorescos bungalows de playa son oscuros ... pero este lugar te hace sonreír en el momento en que te despiertas con su brillo.

Such a great little getaway spot!

We stayed here for a family wedding and it did not disappoint! We had pleanty of space, a great view of the water from the patio, convenient parking and a great location allowing us to walk places. While it didnt occur to us prior, there was had a pack and play, a high chair and baby gates to help make our stay more comfortable for our 1.5 year old. There were also water toys and beach toys/chairs in the garage that also helped make our trip more fun! We each had our own room and bathroom which allowed us to enjoy our vacation without all having to be on the same sleeping schedule. We had a wonderful time and loved our stay!

Great Stay

The apartment was just as advertised. The view was beautiful. It was close to many attractions. The beds were clean and comfy. I loved that there were so many towels available, soap, shampoo, and body wash. There were also lots of quality beach chairs, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Great Place

This place is exactly what you see in the photos. It is spacious and very nice. It has all the amenities that you would want, and a short 8 min walk to some great coffee. Parking in the garage can be a bit challenging if you have a larger vehicle but overall, it is doable...just go slow. The house is so comfortable, and the view is fantastic! Cindy is very quick to respond as well. Enjoy!

We had a very enjoyable Christmas ! Lots of adventures! Zoo, Balboa Park, Coronado, midway museum ,interactive museum , little Italy farmers market and just walking or running along mission bay. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets

Thanksgiving ‘24

La Jolla is my home town so I come here often. I picked this house bc I knew the bay side was quiet and offers great views. Centrally located, easy access to La Jolla, PB, MB, Point Loma. Was able to get morning walks in around the bay - super convenient. House was ultra confortable and every bedroom has its own bathroom- a huge plus! Would stay here again. Another wonderful Thanksgiving is in the books.

Enjoyable weekend on Mission Bay

Very clean place with beautiful upstairs patio that has bay views. Super nice 2 car garage (parking around Mission Bay is horrible). Only downside is there are lots of stairs, we have 3 young Grandkids. We will stay there again!

The Best Beach Vacation!

This beach house is amazing! We will absolutely stay here again! We have stayed in multiple beach houses around this area and this by far was our favorite. The house was immaculate inside and out, and had plenty of everything. You can literally come with your clothes and toiletries and don’t need anything else. Also the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, very easy to communicate with throughout the booking process and our stay.

Perfect Location

The photos made the rental appear more updated. When we checked in, in the height of summer, the heater was on and the temp inside the home was 84 degrees. The glass doors to balcony did not seal, with large gaps, and made it difficult to keep insects and heat out. The internet did not work well in downstairs unit, nor did the AC which was absolutely freezing in the main bed/bath. The location was perfect and the night views are pretty spectacular. Would not stay again, but enjoyed our vacation none the less. Property Manager was very nice.

Family Vacation

Our family loved the week stay at this property! The home was a perfect set up for two couples and children with three en suite rooms. Being right on the bay was perfect and next to the street directly to beach access was extremely convenient. We will definitely be back!

Great property for a family trip

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Being bay front and so close to the beach was perfect for our family. We were only a steps away from a number of good restaurants and coffee spots which was convenient. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful property

This is a fantastic condo with an amazing view - as advertised. The kitchen was well appointed with glassware, cookware and plates. The unit was spotless, and the outdoor furniture very clean. Very cute "beachy" artwork and home accessories are found throughout the living spaces. We were amazed how quiet and peaceful this location was! Such a nice spot to sit on the deck and soak in the spectacular view of Mission Bay. One suggestion would be to install hooks in the bathrooms for travelers to hang their toiletries bags as the counterspace is limited. Overall a fantastic stay!

Great Location! Soak up the sunshine.

Great location overlooking the bay. The bay is outside the door. The ocean and beach walk is also very very close. This may be the best location to access the bay and the ocean. Easy walk to convenient store, restaurants, Belmont Park, etc. We walked to The Mission restaurant. Fantastic brunch!! So much California sunshine comes through the glass door wall, it is perfection. Open the doors to a nice breeze. I could stay here forever. Listing photos and description were accurate. Management communication was ok. They send automated messages but were non responsive otherwise.

Great communication and well stocked for beach play

We stayed at this unit for our son's wedding in San Diego and unfortunately, didn't end up with the time to play at the beach that we had hoped for! Positives: *Amazing communication before, during and after stay. provides an online book that gives all the info needed to plan trip *So well stocked for beach play: SUP boards, boogie boards, sand chairs, toys and cooler *Beautiful views to wake up to! Negatives: *SO many stairs-if you can't handle stairs, this isn't the unit for you. *The unit below us was being renovated and they began pulling tiles off the wall at 7:00AM both Saturday and Sunday mornings. I actually went down there on Sunday morning as it was constant banging-luckily, this would probably only affect stays currently *The unit is clean, but is definitely showing wear and is getting in need of some updates.

Summer vacay

This property was actually perfect! Very clean, beds were comfy, had everything we could want to cook, go to the beach etc. Have absolutely no complaints at all about this property. Great location, it was our first time staying on the bay side and we loved it. Close to the ocean and definitely more peaceful and relaxing.

Better than anticipated

This unit was perfect for our family group of three couples. Some of the highlights were the glass walls and doors facing the bay so we could watch the SeaWorld fireworks every night and one night there were a school of stingrays feeding at the edge of the bay! The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and reading books when we needed down time. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking our own meals easy. It was a very quick walk to the ocean with the bonus of a wagon, chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella supplied in the garage. This was a wonderful place to stay, would definitely book again!

Family Reunion

My family stayed here for a week of our spring break, and had the most wonderful visit. The home was beautiful, with the most breathtaking views of the bay! The home was extremely clean, and owner provided everything you could need. The location was excellent…we walked to everything. We will definitely stay here when we come back to San Diego.

Location, Location, location

This condo was large and had a great layout. The biggest plus was its beautiful bay view. It was well equipped and had plenty of space to spread out. It could use a little sprucing up-paint is chipping, window is cracked, one bed is very hard. Overall, it was wonderful
