Great Location - Poor Communication + Management

Property itself is great - wonderful location, well equipped. Management company is a different story - they refuse to send you check-in instructions until minutes before your actual check in time despite multiple requests. After which they did not actually send them in time and I had to call them in order to obtain the info (which is an old school key that you have to pick up in a different location btw). Secondly, they do not provide coffee so come prepared - as an owner of several STRs, this is a basic requirement. Lastly, their listing tells you that you have access to a local gym which is actually false, and is incorrect advertisement which they did nothing to remedy after reaching out to them. Overall the place is great and you will not be disappointed but be prepared for a poor management company.

Fantastic Mission Beach stay

Had an amazing 3 night stay at this well appointed bay front condo. Location was absolutely perfect for the 4 of us. Location was close to everything, prime bay font, and the kids loved the boardwalk for riding scooters. condo was very clean and comfortable, would absolutely stay again!!!!

Please was awesome! Everything we could want and more. Location was perfect and the condo was great!

Having to pick up the keys and drop them off was not ideal. Would have been better to just have a door code. Other then that the place was outstanding!!! Best location in PB and or Mission Beach. We will be booking again soon.

Second bedroom air conditioner didn’t work well from Friday - Monday, never had WIFI which was very important since we needed to work. The coffee maker never worked costing us Kcup unable to use and having to buy from coffee shops our entire stay. Building was cute and nice view but the amenities need work

Great spot

This was a great little condo for our family trip to Mission Bay. We loved the easy access to the bay from the patio. It was perfect for little ones to play in the sand without the waves, and for early morning paddle boarding. In the afternoons we walked the 5 minutes to the ocean side and played in the surf. The condo itself is very cute and a comfortable size for a family of four. The a/c units were nice for night time when it was necessary to close windows to block out the noise of louder neighbors. The management company was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the a/c units. Overall, this was a great spot and we would definitely rent here again.
