Enjoy this modern home built in 2015. It has a kitchen/great room that opens up to a spacious balcony overlooking the beach and the city park, or walk out the door to put your feet in the sand and the water! Rumor has it that surfing was first introduced to San Diego in 1916 at this exact location. So bring your surfboards and boogie boards and give it a try. Or bring your dog, since Ocean Beach is also home to the Original Dog Beach where people and pets, beach lovers and surfers celebrate one of Southern California's last true beach towns. Let your four-legged friend run and play leash-free in the sand and surf.

In addition to its beachside location, across the street and around the corner on Newport Avenue you will find dozens of small and independent restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and boutiques to satisfy all of your food and shopping cravings.

Be sure to check out the municipal pier, nationally famous burger joint Hodad;s, and if you are lucky enough to be here on a Wednesday (year round), enjoy the Farmer's Market which features locally grown produce, artisan products, food vendors & live music. Other popular events include the OB Kite Festival in May, the famous Street Fair & Chili Cook-off in June, the Fourth of July Drone Light Show, the Sunset Cliffs Car Show in September, OB Oktoberfest, and the Holiday Parade in December. The place is very clean, spacious, good place for family and friends, just a few steps to the ocean, complete with everything you need, there's a washing machine/ dryer as well. It also has is own private garage which is a very big plus for me. It has a beautiful porch facing the ocean also, very spacious for outdoor party Very prompt response from management when we contacted them for a minor problem of the locks in the sliding door. It is also good if you have dogs, because there's a greenbelt in front of the condo and a dog beach nearby. The only downside to it is the presence of homeless people camping in the greenbelt in front of the condo .However, I don't mind coming back to the place again without my dogs. I still would recommend it to everyone, just don't come on a weekend, the beach is super crowded.

The layout of the apartment was confusing. But the REAL problem was the homeless bums on the beach. We couldn't leave the apartment to enjoy the balcony due to the smell, fighting, and general harassment from homeless people. A giant waste of money unless you like LOTS of bums!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Location - Poor Communication and Inaccurate listing of AC

The properties location is fantastic. Great views and located walking distance to restaurants etc in downtown Ocean Beach. Very disappointed in the listing accuracy as we chose this listing over another based solely on the fact that it had Air Conditioning, which it lists as one of their popular amenities. The unit does not have AC, or if it does the owner has it so you cannot turn it on. My in-laws complained of sweating every night. For the price of the stay I would expect truthfulness in the listing. I think what makes it worse is that I emailed & messaged multiple times days before we arrived and also during our stay and never received a response to any of my emails asking about the AC. There was also a hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms, looked like someone had punched it. Again, the location is fantastic but I would not stay there again based on the poor service, lack of any communication and the deceitfulness of the listing.

Footsteps to the beach!

Our family really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living where we spent most of our time on the patio looking out onto the ocean! We were footsteps to the beach AND just a few minutes walk to Dog Beach! (Dog lovers here) The amount of beds/bathrooms was perfect, especially having a half bath upstairs so we didn't have to leave the top floor. The huge panel window/doors in the bedrooms was great too as you could see the ocean from your bed. A really great place to stay!
