It was a fine place to stay as long as you don’t mind 6:30 am wake up call - every morning! Planes from SAN fly directly over the house. Other than that, it was fine. The constant plane traffic makes sitting outside a little noisy!

Shops close by, beach also. Nice outside area. An older house with class. Reminded me of going to my grandma's house when I was 8 and I'm 78 now. Modern conveniences. Refrig did not have an ice maker, had to buy 2 ice cube trays. Left them with the house. Not having to park in the street a bonus.

Excellent base to explore OB and San Diego

Loved; the location within easy walk of the ocean and so many restaurants. Alao on several bus routes to Old Town or Balboa Park. Plenty of space indoor and out.

Great house for family

This three-bedroom home was perfect for the family. Clean and close to the beach and town. The gated driveway was perfect for our car but might be too short if you have a long vehicle. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve a nice Thanksgiving dinner.

Great place to enjoy Ocean Beach

Great little beach property close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Made for a great place to stay to enjoy San Diego and to allow our surfing-obsessed boys plenty of time to surf. Only thing to note is that the 4th bed is an inflatable. Would have been great if that was in the property description.

All was great except there was a smell coming from the master bedroom shower drain that the owners tried to remedy, but was never fixed during our stay.

Great Beach Town, Great Property, Great Price

It was my first time renting a beach house in San Diego and I was blessed to find this one. Ocean Beach is now my favorite place in San Diego. The house is in walking distance to Newport St and the beach, the house accommodated 4 adults and 1 child very well, and Titan Beach Rentals was extremely easy to work with. We were able to check in hours early, check out an hour late, and were left alone to enjoy our time there and relax. The front yard is great for rinsing off after spending time at the beach, the patio furniture and BBQ created a great space to eat and hang with the fam, and we left with almost all clean clothes. Even though the beach is really 3 blocks from the house, the location is amazing and I will definitely stay there again if it’s available.

Excellent location! 15 min drive or less to all tourist attractions. Groceries and shopping within walking distance. Fun town! The management company was very responsive. Couple minor things that could be disclosed a bit better. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. There is not a twin bed, there was an air mattress but no bedding for it. We left food in wrappers on counter and woke up to ants. There was not paper towel and limited toilet paper. We did have to buy during our stay.
