Muy mal servicio sucio, sabanas y almohadas manchadas con maquillaje, fundas y sabanas quemadas de cigarro, mal olor las habitaciones, personas que fuman marihuana hasta altas horas de ma noche con la música a todo volumen. Se le dijo al supuesto encargado y aun asi no le bajaron a la música. Se le tuvo que decir personalmente para esto ya eran las 4 de la mañana. El encargado amable pero muy mal aspecto sucio desaliñado. En general una mala experiencia.

La habitación no es para nada como en las fotos. No en tamaño ni en condición. La persona que nos atendió fue amable. Nunca pudimos ver la TV, el control no funcionaba. Algún huésped u olvidó su llave o no le explicaron que tenía que usarla para abrir la puerta de la calle y en la madrugada golpeó mucho tiempo hasta que alguien tuvo que ir a abrir, porque no había encargado en recepción.

Entraron a nuestra habitación mientras dormíamos.

Pasamos una noche terrible ya que el hotel estaba sucio la habitación estaba sucia, no había toallas ni papel en el baño, cuándo llegamos me dijeron que la habitación que yo reservé ya estaba ocupada así que me dieron otra habitación con dos camas matrimoniales en el viaje éramos mi esposo mis tres hijas y yo por lo tanto yo reservé una habitación con tres camas matrimoniales. Cuando llegamos los pasillos olían a marihuana, toda la noche estuvieron tomando en la recepción y se escuchaba todo el escándalo que tenían, cuando llegamos no nos dieron la llave de la habitación dijeron que después no lo entregarían y en la madrugada se metieron al cuarto mi esposo sacó al tipo que era el que nos atendió en la recepción el cual estaba todo drogado. Realmente es un pésimo hotel.

Esta fatal, no es hotel. Es una cuarteria, fuman dentro del hotel, no tienen servicio de limpieza. El dueño es un grosero, las camas tienen chinches. Muy malo

Muy desepcionado.

La verdad no fue mi agrado, el día que llegue la persona de recepción no sabía cuánto me iba a cobrar, ni cuántos días estaría hospedado. El servicio mal de recepción. La habitación estaba regular, pero estube tres días hospedado y ni un día se me hizo servicio al cuarto. Cómo no había recepcionista hasta después de las 8:30 de la mañana llegaban visitantes golpeando temprano la puerta de acceso y era todo un escándalo no se podía dormir. En mi vida me vuelvo a hospedar en este hoteles.

Prettig verblijf op loopafstand van het centrum

Moeilijk inchecken. Leek alsof ze niet wisten dat ik kwam. Uiteindelijk een aardige meneer die Engels sprak. Kamer moest nog in orde gemaakt worden. Ondertussen kregen we de plaatselijke sterke drank aangeboden. Heel aardig. We kregen een heel kleine kamer maar de volgende dag zouden we een grotere krijgen. Toen we de volgende dag weer in het hotel kwamen hadden ze alles al verhuisd.
