They had a nice garden with parrot which was nice. That was about all the good. We got a room that was big but was cold, dark, humid and dirty the curtains had mold on them and the linens smelled. We asked for another room and the staff acomódate us and the room we got had windows so at least it was not dark nor humid. However it was still dirty the blankets were stained they were supposed to be white but were more yellow in some spots. The hotel and restaurant itself were actually nice but the rooms were horrible!!!

Located near centro historico. Nice clean hotel with restaurant, including breakfast. Cold climate because of altitude, lots of warm bedding!

Our room was very small, we did not have hot water, there was some sort of leak so our bathroom floor was covered in water and bugs were floating in the water. There was not toilet paper we had to go ask the front desk for some. The sheets did not appear to be clean, the comforter looked as if it had never been washed and was full of stains. I found a bug in the bed and my husbands pillow seemed to be dirty as well. In the morning, the provided continental breakfast included s piece of toast and coffee. We were supposed to stay two nights but left early.

La habitación matrimonial es pequeña pero cómoda, esta limpia y tiene.sabanas y cobijas cómodas y calientes. El baño esta limpio y espacioso. El único detalle es que las toallas están muy desgastadas.

El hotel está bonito, pero tiene inconvenientes como el estacionamiento que está lejos del hotel, el desayuno gratis es solo un gancho para consumir porque es muy poquito y el servicio un poco lento. El personal sí es muy amable y el lugar céntrico y agradable
