For myself, traveling alone I felt safe, and that, cats are welcomed. Staff were very nice, kept everything clean. And was accompanied me well. Only thing... is that they should morning danish along with their delicious coffee.

The woman at the front desk was rude and racist. She lied and delayed my check-in in attempt to make me cancel my reservation because of my race (overheard her admitting to the housekeeper and laughing). She claimed she was the manager but the manager business card had someone else name. The room smelled like a room full of people blowing smoke and ashes in my face. The cover on the bed was dirty and I didn't visually see any bedbugs but something was biting me. I have 6 red bumps that itch like crazy (on my arm, knees, ankle and stomach). Stay away! And she refused to give me a receipt she told me that Orbitz had to give me one even though I paid at the hotel and only reserved through Orbitz.
