Will not recommend this place to anyone. The bathroom and kitchen were extremely dirty. Had to purchase a curtain for one the bathrooms because was dirty and moldy, tub was dirty. The oven was full of food residue, greasy, and dirty. took pictures and send a message to the property manager and never got a reply. Please don't be disappointed find another place to stay.

Great place definetly a do over. Great location close to.everything fun..great house everything you need was in it, down tonthe smallest detail it was all taken care of.

There is a lot of rooms but only one bathroom and there were 7 of us. I don’t like how they charge additional $20 per night per additional person who sleeps over because when I booked it, it says sleeps up to 14 people so I got misguided. The carpet is messed up in the living room and there are kitchen utensils and pots but no chopping board. I don’t like how we were asked to take all the linens out by checkout because hotels don’t ask you to do that.

Tech School Graduation

Gateway Casita was a great place to stay for a short visit to San Antonio. It was close to Lackland AFB and shopping. The neighbors are friendly and the location is easy access to the interstate. We were able to visit our daughter during her graduation and work around her MTI's scheduling due to the proximity of the house. Perfect for base visits. Joe is easy to work with and his house is tech savvy!!

Amazing Customer Support

This was my first time renting a house and not a hotel room. Joe made this experience absolutely amazing! He was so available for any questions and truly made us feel like we were at home. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything you could possible need. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent Place

The place is clean and comfortable. It was well supplied with plenty of pots and pans to cook with. The tv was easy to use. It has a nice back patio to enjoy at night and for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood felt safe, the neighbors were pleasant. It is conveniently located by a grocery store, restaurants, and the freeway system in San Antonio. 5 stars for sure. We stayed once and have tried several times to stay again but it’s booked. That will tell you how nice it is, and the owner Joe, IS SO PLEASANT to work with. He is quick to respond and very helpful.
