The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility is older and dated. Breakfast was average. Almost the same items every day and they dished it up for you. There was a dirty sock hanging on the shower rod. No hair dryer in the room. I was able to get one at front desk. .
My truck was broken into and hotel bore no responsibilty whatsoever. Will never ever use this place again.
It was a short drive to the river walk and sea world.

The hotel was in terrible condition, there was poop in the elevator and the hallway. I have never encountered anything as nasty as this hotel. Such a shame!
The room wasn't spotless, there was a lot of room damage. The staff was friendly. We only stayed for one night, the locality is good, near restaurants and a shopping mall.
The housekeeping staff was AMAZING. The bathroom, however, did not have an exhaust fan and there was black mold all along the ceiling of the tub. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was okay.

Everything seemed good until i got up to my floor. Kids and people hanging out in the hallway like the projects. My room smelled weird, like a dope house maybe. The people in the hallway said a housekeeper stole their wallet. Just a crazy mess. Lots of noise all night
