No customer service on site and the tv remote didn’t work and the channels could not be changed on the tv itself. Not enough toilet paper as well and keep in mind no customer service to ask for help with these issues!
The coronavirus kill the vibe of traveling to that particular hotel. Floors was very dirty.
I didn't realize WoodSpring Suites, as a long-term stay hotel, operates more as a penitentiary with very secure front door rules and the sinking feeling that residents are evicted on a daily basis. This was a lesson in pricing and positioning. Getting a good deal on a great hotel is one thing. Getting a fair price on quality accommodation for those in a different area of need made me feel very out of place as an overnight traveler.

I enjoy that the property is clean and well kept overall. I have stayed there multiple times for this reason.
rooms were tiny and there was barely anything in them. no decorations, no coffee maker, no cups, no ice container...no pictures on the wall, lamps...just very small, plain and boring. i asked front desk, who was really sweet, for two extra pillows and she came back with only one and stuff it in the pillow cover and the pillow was all lumpy and disformed. i was there for three days, and not once did anyone come to clean the room or ask if we needed anything.
The staff was very nice. Im ok with no fitness center or pool but internet was very hard to get in my room and the isolation system maybe it was too fragile. If you're a sensitive person to sleep, it may not the right place as you can hear every other room upstairs and next to you
This location would not honor my Orbitz reservation and I did not get to stay at this location. Reason: Overbooked.

I had a quick trip to San Angelo, from the moment I walked in I felt at home. The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and had no trouble having my support animal.
Woodsprings is nice for a cheap last minute stay. The beds are hard. It was just me and my fiancé and they only gave us two pillows. We asked for more and they said they had just ran out. With in 5 minutes of us getting into our room they already double booked it. Lucky we were getting ready in the bathroom when the people walked in on us. Secondly we were there for one night for a wedding and I guess since they double booked the room they also canceled our key cards. So once we went back to the room our keys didn’t work, we had to call the after hours number to reissue new keys to our room. Other then that the rooms are clean, (no iron or hair dryer so bring your own)
My husband found hair in the bed , the AC / heating unit didn’t work right . We didn’t get very much sleep at all because of the thin walls .
One of the most clean and beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff could not be more helpful or considerate. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend any of my family or friends to stay here. Thank you so much for making may stay in San Angelo a wonderful experience.
This hotel looks AMAZING online...they don't lie, just omit the truth. The hotel was loud, cold, and cramped. The "lobby" reminded me of a police station with the closable window, not a single chair to deter loitering, and door only usable with keycard access. I wouldn't stay here again. I felt cheap staying here.
Enjoyed the room but we were on fourth floor and sleep was interrupted numerous times because there was a lot of noise. Seriously in need of sound insulation.
