The staff was wonderful! Always friendly and prompt to help. However, our room got all the noises possible, from the parking lot and room above and sides. There was little space in the room to move around. The bathroom had already a patch area from humidity. It was just ok.

They charged us for another night’s lodging, were unable to fix their mistake at the front desk, and the amount still hasn’t been returned to us. Very incompetent service. Shady! The hotel was a very sterile, institutional, gray environment.

My young daughter and I arrived after 10:00pm on a Saturday night. When pulling into parking lot, it was total darkness. None of the outdoor lights in the parking area were on. I did not feel safe. When I asked the front desk staff about it, she laughed and said, “lights are on a timer.” Okaaaay. What did that mean? I had to get up at 4:00am and the lights were still not on!! I asked morning staff about it and they all looked at me like I was crazy. All other hotels were completely lit up. I actually parked closer to the hotel next to us so I could be in a lit area. There were also no clean tables when we went down to breakfast at 8:30am. We had to clean our own table. Other than that, our stay was brief and the beds were comfy. I just feel like safety is very important for most people, but obviously not the staff at this establishment.

Nice Stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel stay, we stayed in a 1 bedroom for a family of 4. It was nice because we had a bedroom and a “living space” so the kids (we met my oldest from college) could hang out while we slept. Parking was great, staff was friendly. Hotel was close to everything. Only complaint was water pressure, it was just okay, but we’ve dealt with worst and it wasn’t a deal breaker, we would stay there again.!

This property is very conveniently located near several dining and shopping options. The hotel is very clean, and the front staff was very sweet and helpful. We didn't get to try breakfast, but they had fresh coffee available at 5 a.m. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The blankets are a little thin, but they worked perfectly fine. It did get loud between nine and ten pm with people arriving and getting settled in, but once that toned down, it was very quiet and peaceful. My husband and I agreed that we would absolutely stay here again, it's one of the better hotel experiences we've had in a while!
