Terrible Sleep from noise

Great Hotel and super nice staff. Rooms were nice but had a loud buzz that came from possibly the AC every 15-30 seconds. Loud enough that even with ear plugs and a pillow on my head I slept like crap. They gladly moved us to a different room we we mentioned it, and the same thing in the next room. We slept like crap the entire stay.

The lady who checked us in was very friendly and informative. She informed us of the free transportation that she could print us tickets for. She was helpful and sweet! Stated here because it was super quiet and walking distance to the train station!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Salzburg. It was in walking distance to many area restaurants, shops, etc. Bed was very comfortable, the hotel staff was great, all in all a great experience.

The hotel was great. The gentleman and young lady that checked us in were amazing. So kind and willing to help us with any questions we had. The rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds. Mini fridge in room. Very convenient to train station and busses. The only reason I gave a 4 was because I asked the cleaning service for new towels after being there 3 days (we did not ask for the room to be cleaned at all while we were there just new towels). He didn’t speak English which is fine so I used google translate he said no he would not let me exchange our old towels for new towels. I had to call the front desk and they of course said yes. However the guy cleaning the rooms was not understanding, talked very loud to his coworker and seemed quite irritated for me asking for towels. I thought he would have liked not having to clean 2 rooms for 4 days but I guess not! Other than that issue the place was great. I would still stay here again even with that small Issue. The front desk staff were amazing!

Very warm welcome, handy for the station but a little walk to the city, but fine once we worked out the trolley busses. Good room , although some signs of wear and tear. Signposting within the hotel could be improved eg the elevator! ( the corridors were dark making it hard to see)

The rooms were very clean and the water was always stocked. One thing I had read and that my father-in-law and i experienced was that the coffee was not restocked in the morning. The breakfast was also very over proced for what you got. But otherwise the location was good, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and modern. We would stay again. Reasonably proced for what you get.
