The rooms and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and gave a fresh, pleasant impression throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a wide selection of delicious options, all carefully prepared and constantly replenished. A localização é execelente para curtir a Barra. Chegando no hotel de madurgada, cansado de uma escala de muita espera, me informaram que não tinha quarto disponível e que não tinham o que fazer. Me fez esperar mais de 1 hora para me colocar em outro hotel. Retornei no outro dia para o hotel de origem, o banhiero alagou no fim da tarde, eu fiz a solicitação do reparo mas só arrumaram no outro dia. Durante todo os dias que fiquei hospedado o elevador não fechava as portas e travava com os hospedes dentro. Os quartos não estavão de acordo com as fotos. O atendimento também deixou muito a desejar, salvo o pessoal que vende passeios dentro e o pessoal do bar. Não tive uma boa experiência no hotel
