The pool is closed indefinitely due to an issue with the protective barrier, caused by the heavy rains and strong winds that recently occurred in the city.

The apartment is within the area of the Barra-Ondina Circuit of Salvador Carnival.

The pool and gym of the condominium are freely accessible during your stay and for common use. The use of facilities such as barbecue area, party room, and gourmet area depends on availability and requires prior payment of an extra condominium fee.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
