The room was okay. I actually stayed here years ago when it was under another name. The rooms are a little dated, but it was okay. No USB ports in our room. The sofa was uncomfortable, mostly because it is a hide a bed. The chairs were better. The bed was comfortable. The young lady that checked us in could have been a little more informative and friendly. She never told us that they had coffee and tea in the morning from 5 am to 10 am. I found that out from the afternoon clerk the next afternoon! The afternoon clerk was very friendly and she was very helpful to me, I really appreciated it. If you are looking for more amenities type of room go somewhere else, but if you are just looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay this would be good.

Cheap for a reason. I would say you’re getting what you pay for, which isn’t a terrible thing. When we arrived we were told that we got a “free upgrade” from our queen bed room to a double bedroom, which in my eyes is a downgrade since the beds are smaller. This was due to the queen room having a water leak. Should’ve bee The room had a few issues; the toilet didn’t work properly (the handle couldn’t go up enough for the stopper to fully close, so the toilet constantly had water flowing in the bowl which caused condensation to form on the outside of the bowl, which got everywhere. Had to lift the lid off the back of the toilet for it to work.)

We arrived at three o'clock and checked in and paid only to discover that our reserved room was not clean, they asked us to give them half an hour to get the room ready. As we were walking away, we heard them say that our room was closed for some repair work. About 40 minutes later they called us to say our room was ready and that they had upgraded us to a suite. This is the only reason for four stars, otherwise it would have been three.

When I checked in, the guy had someone hanging around the front desk. The fire alarm was hanging off, there was a blood like stain on the blanket. This location use to be so great but has quickly went down hill.
