This newly updated townhouse is a dream! Spacious, open, contemporary and stylish. Updated floors, quartz countertops, large windows and vaulted ceilings. Enjoy a full size kitchen with room for dining, entertaining, lounging or relaxing after a hard day`s work. You`ll love that both bedrooms are large, have en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. I`m a believer that the spaces we inhabit determine the quality of our lives and that is why I`ve spent extra time making this house a home.

I don`t live too far from the property, so feel free to call or text and I can pop in if I need to.

Beautiful townhomes line the street and surrounding area. A large recreation area is steps away with covered picnic tables and plenty of space for dogs or children to play. Close to Gardner Village and Top Golf.

There is free street parking in front of the unit for as many vehicles as you`d like and also great for large vehicles like trucks and campers. The Parking in the back is reserved for one night a week per guest vehicle per the HOA.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a dining table.

I loved my extended stay at this home! The neighborhood was friendly and safe. I had my small dog with me and there were so many areas throughout the neighborhood to walk him. The location was great - easy to get downtown and a quick trip into the surrounding mountains. The host was great. The two car garage was a bonus as well. I was sad when my business in SLC was done and I had to leave behind this home away from home. I really loved staying here.
