The John Collins family would like to invite you to our (licensed short term rental) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Owner-operated for affordability, and located next to the spectacularly scenic Wasatch Mountains, ski resorts and city amenities. The home can be rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 8 beds total. 1 queen and 2 single in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds. 3rd. bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed. 4th bedroom in basement has 1 double bed. Each bedroom has small TV with Stick. Ping pong table located in unfinished basement. Tile throughout kitchen area and hall. Gas stove. Cathedral ceilings in living room and master bedroom. Hot tub on deck with with deer and elk on the hill at times. Mountain views from master bedroom. At Christmas time the house is decorated and with a 9 foot tree. Excellent snow removal plan. In the summer the hot tub heat is off from June till mid October. Local park next door. 2750 sq..ft.

4 Old dudes from AK, ID & MN stayed here for 4 nights and skied 3 days. Our tired legs really enjoyed the hot tub which was great. The unit was clean and the host responded quickly to our inquiries. Very close to Alta & Snowbird was also a plus!

Perfect for what we needed!

A group of friends were volunteering at a nearby conference. This house provided just what we needed! It is an older home, but was clean and comfortable, with lots of seating in the livingroom. The kitchen was well stocked (except for spices like salt and pepper), with a variety of dishes and pans, and we loved being able to make smoothies in the morning with a very nice Ninja blender! Just a sidenote, the fourth bedroom is in an unfinished basement, but the bedroom itself was finished and comfortable. The other bedrooms were upstairs and were great for what we needed. John was nice, and was responsive to our questions and requests. We would stay here again.

Great house, great base

Great base for a week of mountain biking in the Salt Lake City area. House is well equipped including stuff you often have to buy on arrival. Rooms are comfy and spacious especially the master on the front. Garage a bonus for keeping bikes and equipment in.

Salt Lake get away

We enjoyed the house and all the bedrooms. The kitchen had all the cooking tools but if you plan to do any cooking, bring anything that you want to add to your food such as spices, oil, sugar or coffee. I know that I'm a clean freak but when you have something poking you through the sheets and find someone else's toenail, that is disgusting. We could have written our names in the dust in the living room. I would not invite someone to stay in our home if it was that dirty.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood

Place is as described. A little dated. But that doesn’t take away from anything. Large living room was great for everybody to relax. Well stocked kitchen. The only thing that wasn’t great, as others have said is the amount of light in the master bedroom doesn’t allow sleeping in to long. Otherwise great place, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great host communication.

A+++ our stay was perfect at this place. I would have given 5 stars but there were two things that need improvement… 1. Put some sort of curtains up in the master bedroom. The morning light coming thru the half circle window is bright and woke us up daily. 2. The bathrooms need new door knobs, not a single bathroom door would latch/lock properly. Other than those two things this place really was perfect.

6 of us stayed very comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with grocery store very close. Living room had great seating to visit. Only issues-the crockpot didn’t work, and a few of the beds were noisy.

Place was very nice, ping pong table and hot tub a plus!! Place very clean. Host easy to communicate with. A couple of board games or card games would have been nice for night time activity!! Just a Heads up trash cans in garage can be smelly not sure if a rinse would help with that. We would of done it but didn’t find a hose to help.
