Your bathrooms have toxic black mold. Your beds are extremely uncomfortable. We saw a can of bedbug spray by a car in your parking lot. Breakfast was not ready on time and what she put out could not possibly feed an entire hotel

AC didn’t work well in room, shower yellowed, felt a bit dingy, didn’t want to go in. Toilet didn’t flush on the first flush, you had to mess with it to get it to flush. Okay property and clean enough, very helpful and nice staff, but I didn’t feel it was a good deal for the price. Expedia is tripping calling this “excellent “ and I have a hard time believing users rated in 9/10.

With the exception of one person who checked us in and one who checked us out, the staff did not seem to be happy. Some attitude when first engaging them and they softened up when shown we weren't going to be combative with them. Got a little grousing from a housekeeper at one point for unknowingly putting her out. It was a decent and safe place to lay our heads and that's what we were looking for.

The first staff member I met in the morning (April) was very friendly and eager to help. The staff member I met upon my return that evening I believe was Amanda or Amber maybe not but although she was busy was apologetic and also friendly and eager to assist. The rooms were clean and accommodating, had everything that I needed. Pool was open until 10pm which is nice as it's usually late when we return to the hotel from our day. There were also cookies in the lobby that evening which saved me from having to buy my kiddo little snacks from the machine. It also sits a little off the beaten path so was easy access and quiet during the night. I will be adding this business to my list of places to stay in the future.

Employees are rude trying to push on to the elevator before you are off. Room was not cleaned for three days. Ac did not keep room cool. Elevator stopped working. I really enjoyed bringing the luggage down the stairs. Card stopped working to open doors. Toilets are a joke and don’t flush. Room has dust bunnies all around. Bathroom vent definitely needs to be cleaned. They want idk 220 plus a night for what? This is about an 80 dollar room. Breakfast is barely good. Coffee was absolutely terrible. Guests in this place are rude yelling at 1230am and banging on doors.

There were some amenities that were not available that are just disappointing. The primary equipment in the kitchen wasn't working the entire stay so breakfast was minimal and not good. And the coffee machine was down for a couple days but mostly I was disappointed about the breakfast.

Coffee pot in our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in months. We had a suite. The living room was Hugh but had one one small loveseat that we barely fit on together. Also a good size spider went walking across the floor. I asked the front desk to please have the room sprayed, but I know it wasn’t. Don’t think I will stay there again.
