Nothing

Room was clean and spacious but bathroom had a very strange smell (thankfully we always travel with Lysol spray nowadays so that killed some of the smell). Toilet clogged on second day there (we were only two people and not throwing excessive tissue in there so idk why that happened). The young blonde woman at front desk was very friendly but the young guy with facial hair there during the daytime was sort of dismissive and rude. Due to Covid, no continental breakfast still, but at least some small variety of packaged foods. Coffee in lobby was excellent. Floors are a bit noisy, was awoken in morning many times by families above us

There were multiple fire code violations & when addressed w/ the staff nothing was done. Being a firefighter I like to know I’m safe in the event of a fire, however w/ outside doors propped open & inside fire rated doors propped open, there was no chance myself, other guests or workers would have been safe. Very disappointing.

The girl who checked me in was SUPER nice and helpful. She was honestly the one good thing about my stay. The “breakfast bag” was truly terrible and pathetic and when I asked the guy for one extra muffin since I had a 2.5 hour drive home he refused. I asked what about when “breakfast” is over and he said then he had to lock everything up and “couldn’t” give out anymore. The hot tub was not allowed to be used which is ridiculous because chlorine blocks covid and isn’t prevalent in the water. Very disappointing stay

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was respectful and polite.

The hotel itself is overall decent to spend a couple nights at but what I didn’t like was their inability to be flexible. I had originally asked for a room with two beds and a pull out. When I got there I was informed that was not the room I had booked. I asked if a change could be made and unfortunately I was told no unless I cancelled the existing reservation and make a new one, essentially being double charged. Then, I asked for a courtesy late checkout of 1 hour and I was told they couldn’t do that either! I was traveling with two young kids and waiting for a ride. I unfortunately had to check out at 11am and wait in the lobby for my ride which came exactly at noon. The entire hotel was empty so there should not have been a problem with granting the extra hour. I’ve never been to a hotel that was non flexible and not even willing to listen.

Location was good and room was clean. Property was a little dated and the breakfast was not very good.

It is not a like a place that could charade $200 a day! Will not recommend anyone

Slope in tub, ripped shower curtain, draws to dresser would not close, first morning breakfast was not good, shower would make noise, thin walls could hear next door conversation, some pillow cases were dingy white

Excellent location, pool and hot tub. Great for kids. Never got the wifi to work.

Our second stay there. Friendly staff, clean rooms, great price for a room with king bed and jetted tub. Will more than likely be back.

Unfortunately, this is another example of a nice facility overshadowed by poor customer service. My wife and I arrived in town for a 3 night stay. I asked the clerk to cancel the 3rd night since we would be leaving early and wouldn't need it. The night clerk never responded to my request. In fact, she was very terse with every request I made: 'no,' was the standard answer. I asked for a quiet section of the hotel, her response was "no, you are already booked on the 2nd floor'. I also asked for the wifi password, notified them the rear access door did not accept my card and asked when was breakfast. I got one word answers. When I arrived, I greeted her, she never even said hello. I said 'checking in, the name is XXXX, she never even looked at me. Wow, surly much? This person needs a complete overhaul in her training or needs a new job. Very unfortunate. As we left, on the 2nd day, I checked with the day clerk to confirm we would not be charged for the 3rd day. Of course, we already were. I was told to call Orbitz, which I did. Orbitz of course told me to speak to the hotel. Long story short, the manager of the hotel has to approve the cancellation and she is out on vacation for another 4 days. I simply can't believe the manager left for vacation without leaving someone in charge who could handle cancellations. We are still waiting. Here's a tip for other travelers in the area. Stay at the Microtel next door. Rooms are just as good and staff is friendly.

Check in was easy. Staff nice. Roomy comfy and clean

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds, hot shower and nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs French toast and sausage along with cold cereal juice milk coffee and various breads. Softball teams were there and both kids and adults were a little loud and running around late at night. Sounded like an adult tailgating party was taking place outside our window at 1:00 am.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We apologize for the issues you experienced while staying with us. We do take these issues very seriously. Anytime we come across the fire rated doors being propped open we close them. We have signs up that ask guest not to prop the doors open. Unfortunately our signs and request are ignored. Thank you for being a valued guest.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I apologize that we did not meet your expectations regarding the breakfast to go bags. We serve only pre-packaged items for the safety of our guests and hotel staff. I'm sorry that there is not much that we can say regarding the hot tub. It is closed per the local health department. This is also for the guests safety. It is not so much because of chemicals; it is because guests do not adhere to the max number of people allowed in the hot tub at one time for social distancing. Therefore, it was deemed necessary by the health department to close the hot tub during the pandemic. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
