The room was pretty clean except for some stains on the bedroom wall and in the shower. There was an unpleasantly strong air freshener smell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

My original room and all rooms I was shown were dirty with visible dirt stains in the bathrooms as well as the beds. I was shown to 3 rooms on different floors after my original room. Each room had bed sheets/ pillow cases that were dirty with visible stains from make up or bug skin/ hair

After i got into the room i tried the TV. Im hearing impaired and always watch TV with the captioning on. I went to the desk and asked the girl if she could help me. We left immediately and she tried too. No luck. She quickly checked other rooms and changed my room. Im appreciated thst.

The room is relatively small. Although it was listed as a queen-size bed, it is actually a twin. If you need an iron, you must request it, but availability is not guaranteed. The noise from the people in the room above was disruptive, and although we complained, the front desk claimed they couldn't identify which room was above ours.

Hotel needed a deep cleaning, especially the bathroom. The entire hotel smelled of someone smoking, but the young lady working the front desk refused to acknowledge that she smelled anything. She was very unprofessional and was only worried about watching a video on her phone. This is my first time staying at a Microtel and will never stay at a Microtel again. You may save a few dollars, but the dirty hotel and staff that could not care less is not worth it.
