Overall a decent stay but could have been better.
The room overall wasn’t deep cleaned. Carpet in room and hallways were gross. The single Ice machine was always out of ice. We normally stay at Marriott properties but we’re all sold out. Won’t stay here again. However, April at the front desk was very pleasant and kind.
The cost of the rooms were too high based on the quality of the room. We had to tell housekeeping to clean our room and ask for clean towels
Ms. April at the front deck is wonderful! She’s always super friendly when I visit.
Breakfast was yogurt and bagel. Would prefer hot breakfast.
Location is convenient and quiet. Parking is easy.

The staff was exceptional. They went over and above to make our stay pleasant.
I left my Amazon Fire Stick in my room and was told when I called that it wasn’t there, not true, shady staff.

Thank you for taking the time to write. Our housekeeping team starts at 9:30 each morning and works until all rooms are complete for each of our valued guests. Full housekeeping service is provided to those that do not have a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. Thank you again.
