This seems to be an older property that has gone through recent “freshing up”. Bed was very comfortable. Rooms open up to an outside hallway. Only down side was the early morning and late night noise. The early morning was from the Carmax trucks on the adjacent property unloading cars at 6:00 a.m. and the late night was from groups of young people (one group of younger kids and one group of high schoolers) running up and down the hallway yelling at the top of their lungs all three nights until after 11:00 p.m.

This property was way overpriced. The area it is located in is not safe. They have a “security gate” that operates by a code, but the gate was always open. We did not feel safe at this property and checked out a day early.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ceiling above our shower was peeling off and falling into the tub. Probably because there is no exhaust fan. Our room smelled of cigarettes even though we were in a non smoking room. Property is not kept up or redone in anyway. The continental breakfast wasn’t terrible. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to anyone else.

The staff and management was very friendly and helpful. However whoever cleans the rooms is not good at it. I had to wipe down everything and make my own bed. They emptied the trash and then half folded my dirty towel and put them back on the shelf. Also sadly the pool was not available for use

I had a great experience during my stay at Best Western Salisbury Plaza. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service at the front desk. The staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely cared about making my experience a positive one. From check-in to check-out, his attention to detail and willingness to help made a big difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

We were allowed to check in 15 mins early but once in the room it was cleaned. The beds had no sheets or blanket. They did quickly get to it but it took about 40 mins to clean and 30 mins passed the 3 pm check. Also, some of the vending machines worked. The front office was very accommodating though.
