I have traveled extensively in Africa and many developing nations. I have never come across a hotel staff member so incompetent and rude that I thought to myself, "Wow! I really wish I was at the Motel 6 in Somalia right now!" Now hey, I'm no Elon Musk. Nor am I in any position to make common critiques about a hotel. But when the Mogadishu Yacht Club™ seems more appealing than the current living quarters of a hotel driving distance from the capitol of the United States of America, perhaps there is something wrong with how the hotel does business. And since we're on the topic of Mogadishu, I think the pirates should hire some of the front desk personnel for how amazing they are at being exceptionally unreasonable in negotiating or communicating to their - in this case - hostages (Except for the morning lady: She was charming, helpful and endearing. Bless her heart). Additionally, someone should inform the Maryland Zoological Society and inform them about the experimental Jurassic sized insects that have evolved at ground zero (aka the guest rooms of Best Western in Salisbury, MD). If I'm being fair, the towels were folded correctly and the beds were made properly. And there wasn't a dead person in the hotel. But beyond that, my hotel experience here was nightmarish. The demon that created Pans Labyrinth was the person who designed the hotel setup. Put the A/C on in rooms before guests arrive. And for the love of god, secure your WiFi connection. How are you PCI-Compliant?!?!

The facility was ok but the desk associate Edith made you feel comfortable under stressful conditions. She handled calls checked in and out customers directed staff, all with a smile.

Very comfortable and staff was pleasant. Would stay there again

Need to wipe down everything not just do the bare minimum alarm click had gunk on it but overall an OK stay. Still had to let paper from last visitors

Nice hotel, nice pool and good breakfast but a 25 minute to the beach and Boardwalk! Looking for a less expensive hotel , but will have to find parking when you get to the beach and Boardwalk, this is a good hotel. You an find parking for 5.00 All day by the inlet but once you leave you will have to pay another 5.00 to get back in!

Our experience was great. The room was great. The chair was too small. The bathroom shower really nice. breakfasts were very good.

The hotel was clean and the staff were pretty cool too. The breakfast was nice and Best Western is close to my jobsite.

I arrived in town early to be told I had to wait till 3 to check in I was early at 11 so left for 3 hrs returning at 2 but still had to wait till 3 to check in I get the rule but it was snowing outside in a sleepy town wanted to nap before meeting people for dinner. They should have been more inviting. I was disappointed with their making no attempt

it was clean and organized , i the staff was friendly and the room was very cleaned

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great.

This Hotel was Not my Idea of a Best Western Standards. It was more of a Econo -Lodge.

We thought the room was clean and the double beds were very comfortable. We were surprised to see it had a newer flat screen, refrig and microwave as those items were not in the photos online. Very accommodating with our pet at no additional charge. Desk staff efficient and friendly. Great place for the price.

Only slept in the room however it smelled stale which running the air conditioning did not help much. Room did not feel clean although no glaring mess or dirt was obvious. For a place to sleep is OK but will search for nicer next time we visit.

OK for a low three star. Not much around the hotel.

Room was clean. No microwave in room staff did allow me to use complimentary breakfast micro wave at night. No refridgerator. TV was fine plenty of channels.

The hotel was modetately acceptable, but I will not stay here again. Biggest issue was that the heater was not functioning properly, so the room was a bit cold.

It was a comfortable place at an affordable price. Melane was helpful.

although I only stayed for a day I was comfortable, the people at the front desk were very kind and friendly, the room was waaaaaay in the back but clean. I'd definitely stay there again.

A good hotel to stay at for my graduation. my first rented hotel. positives: 1 It was close to the Salisbury mall. 2 came with a microwave, free ice, fridge and closet. 3 very clean, organized and tidy 4 the staff where kind 5 quick parking at level location 6 next to the salisbury news station 7 for 2 nights it cost $120 negatives: 1 it didn't have enough rolls of toilet paper. 2 the free internet had a security lock on it so i didn't have any access to it. 3 the shower had hissed when used. 4 the front door handle had started to bend from overuse

THE ROOM WAS AVERAGE AND COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER. THE STAFF WAS NICE. THE RATE WAS REASONABLE.
