Not great but good enough for that short stay. Breakfast was better than most places we have stayed.
Floors were laminate and it looked like they ran a vacuum over it but never mopped it. I ran a Clorox wipe over it and it was filthy. There was a half inch gap at the bottom of the door. I guess the rubber seal was missing. It was very windy and dirt and debris were being pushed into our room by the wind. They didn’t clean room during our stay. The free breakfast was horrible. Even the cream cheese tasted like it was out of date.
The hotel never received our reservation. Orbitz messed up bug time and ruined our weekend.
place smelled musty, pool was green, walls were so thin you could hear everything coming from the rooms on either side of us and above us.
It's an older facility, staff accommodating, but understaffed. Room wasn't ready, when I went to the room, door was propped open, bed not made up, no towels, appears, housekeeping stopped in the middle of prepping room. Hotel front desk made sure another room was available immediately, housekeeping staff came back to original room as I was moving to another room,
I came to stay with my boyfriend and our daughter after a horrible experience at another hotel. Tammy at the front desk helped The property was beautiful and secure with gates accessible with your room key and a personal key code to walk through. They were doing upgrades but still we were completely uninterrupted.
Flies in the room. Sink handles were broken. AC fan made a chirping noise. Several "out ofs" at breakfast.
I was disappointed with our stay because after traveling for 5 hrs with my husband by car, we were given a room that was not cleaned yet. We unload and had to load again our luggages. I had to go around the building to go back to the receptionist to notify her the room she assigned us was not cleaned yet. It also happened to the person who checked in before me. The hotel manager needs to fix their system to know which room is ready or not. The tv control was broken. The corridor is not well maintained. The shower curtain had a little black mold. For $200 a night this is so disappointing.
I was surprisingly impressed by the room. The hard-wood flooring was a great addition, because it eliminates foul odors. I also was very pleased with the gated area for entry and parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great job Best Western, on taking your style and accommodations up a notch!!!
I did not like the $100 fee for incidentals. Most hotels take a credit card number just in case there are incidentals. This place charged me $100 and then told me it would take 7 to 10 business days to go back into my account....

When I first arrived at the property. It wasn’t what had expected from the beginning but I try to see the bright side of everything. The employees were very helpful and polite at first. After two night there everything went down hill. Employees being very rude. Rooms dirty and not being cleaned. Tub stopped up Until day fore I left. I stayed for 5 nights. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this facility
The check-in person was on a personal call the entire time she checked us in. The room was disappointing - things In disrepair and there were unclean parts.
