This place is 1700 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath perfect size for good family .A few minutes off Hwy 22 with Wine Country at your front door ! 4 minutes to Downtown Salem, 4 minutes to the Willamette River , and about an hour from most of Beautiful Oregon coats.

The house had a good amount of space for us and it was very lovely to have a Christmas tree set up to make our Christmas feel that much cozier. We appreciated that. We enjoyed the play structure and the fire place. The trash can and fridge weren't working properly (the trash can didn't open automatically and the fridge door's sealing flap was loose). That wasn't a big deal, but I mention it because after our stay the homeowner filed a claim saying that the fridge door was "off the hinges" and totally broken. This is not true - we left the fridge in exactly the same condition it was in, which was functional but wobbly - and made us feel like they were taking advantage of the situation to get an insurance payout. It was frustrating and tainted the experience of the stay.

Excellent stay

We spent a week at this property which we found to be even better than expected. It was very clean, very comfortable, quiet, and located in a nice upscale neighborhood. The kitchen was very well equipped; the layout of the house and the fenced backyard were very convenient. Grocery stores and take-out food were an easy, short drive away. Check-in was super easy and the owner Bella was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay again when in the Salem area.

Beautiful home in Salem!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood! The house was immaculate with a very comfortable, cozy layout. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and had everything you could possibly need! The beds were incredibly comfortable! My whole family slept well!! The hosts were so responsive and considerate! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Stunning

This property exceeded my expectations. The house was immaculate and had anything and everything you could possibly need. I loved walking in and seeing a little welcome sign with some snacks and a bottle of wine. So very thoughtful. The neighborhood is beautiful. We loved sitting on the back patio. We stayed in Depoe Bay for 4 days before our stay at this property. While we were there, my mother fell. We had an x-ray scheduled upon returning to Salem and the host was so accommodating and let us check in a little early so that all of our luggage didn’t have to sit in the vehicle. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this home. Checking in and checking out of the property was a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit.

3 month stay

We stayed while looking to buy a property in the area. The home was perfect for my wife and I plus our 2 doggies. We have 2 adult daughters in the area who visited for dinner often and there was plenty of space for all of us. One addition I would like to see is a BBQ. Luckily we had a small one we travel with. The garage was great for parking in during the cold weather. My wife loved the big tub in the primary bathroom. The backyard is fully fenced and perfect for our dogs.
