The room I rented said roll in shower. I am disabled and so is the person I was traveling with so we were looking to get into a place that had a roll in shower so that we could just walk in the shower because I have a hard time, lifting my legs up to get into a shower with a tub. The lady tried to tell me that I did not rent a room that way and I have a receipt that says that I did, but she wasn't honoring it, but it was not good. Plus I realize that some people are shorter than others and if this is an accessible room, the bed was very high. It would've been hard for anybody in a wheelchair or anything to getup on when the heater came on in the room soon after there was another big noise that came along with it and so that was very distracting for the night we only had one washcloth in the room and I think two towels for two people.

The good part...that it's cheap and we had good amount of room with 4 kids in a suite. But! The reality is that the building is run down and is in desperate of renovation. Staff was overall nice.

Rooms were very outdated and need remodeling. The breakfast has very limited options and they had a hard time keeping the 2 options filled. My daughter didn’t get to eat very much because the containers were empty. They definitely need more help in their busy weekends for the breakfast shift.

Location was convenient to the college we were visiting. Area was a bit industrial but it was only for two nights and our time was spent at the college so it wasn’t a concern. There were enough food options nearby. Check in was easy with friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t very strong, pool looked like the bottom hadn’t been scrubbed regularly, and breakfast was ok. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels with free breakfasts and the quality here wasn’t that great. The coffee was weak, no hot chocolate (to my daughter’s dismay), and the hot options were minimal and really not that good. My son did enjoy their waffle maker. Overall, I would stay here again but just wouldn’t eat their breakfast.

I like the convenience of the hotel. The location is convenient to almost everything, but it was kind of noisy. I had a hard time sleeping. The traffic was noisy and people getting up early in the morning and slamming doors all down the hallway and running down the hallway at 6 o’clock in the morning kind of bummed me out because I usually like to stay at this hotel
