Very clean. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice. My only complaint is that you hear everyone in the hallway and above you. I would absolutely stay here again though.

The front desk staff are great. The housekeeping staff make a lot of noise and make it very hard to sleep in. The housekeeping staff even disturb you by trying to get into your room the day of check out before the check out time. If you’re up and out of the room by 7am it shouldn’t be an issue.

Everything about this property was fine, and the breakfast was exceptionally good, but the walls are paper thin and noise reverberated throughout the hotel. Our neighbors (through one of those doors that can connect two rooms) had their TV on and it felt like it was inside my head. Even when they were having a reasonable-toned conversation, it sounded like they were across the table from us. Thank goodness they went to bed at a reasonable hour, but when the TV came on at 6am, sleep was over. Highly disappointing.
My family and I were very unhappy with the issue of the pool, the only reason we chose to stay here is because it had an indoor pool, but the 3 days we spent there the pool was closed down. Apparently it has been closed for about a week is what we were told by one of their employees. We are disappointed
This hotel is just finishing a refurbishing effort. I question some of the decor changes, for example the design of the new carpets looks like they are threadbare, but that's the owners choice. generally the hotel is in good condition and comfortable. Our only real negative are the toilets. They are very low and the cheap plastic seats are very flimsy, and both my wife and I are slim, i.e. not over weight. Given the local market the price is fair and should the need arise we'll stay there again.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and in a decent location close by Costco and the freeway with a Denny's nearby.
The hotel is under renovation. I'm not sure if we were in a newly refurbished room but I hope not. The door wasn't secure in the frame and the safety latch wouldn't lock. The whole place smelled... odd. The construction contractor's trucks and equipment were taking up space in the parking lot so guests had to park in the adjacent Costco lot. Access to the hotel is through the Costco lot. It's difficult to get out when Costco is open. Every time I entered or left the hotel there were people smoking right outside the doors so it was impossible to escape the smell. It wasn't just that the staff wasn't enforcing a no smoking area as employees were smoking there too. I'm an LQ Rewards member and booked out of loyalty. I've stayed at other LQ hotels that were under renovation that dealt with it much better. There are additional hotels I've stayed at a block further down the street that are quieter and have better parking and access. I'll go back to one of them next time.
Very clean and a good source of services from a professional to the point staff. We enjoyed our stay.
Was charged full price for a room and nit even told they were under renovation, also not told pool and gym wer re closed. The pillows were the size of couch pillows and verry unsupportive. Woke up with crampy neck. I feel like they took advantage of me by making me pay full price for half of the experience
We were disappointed in our stay at La Quinta. For the price, the room was a bit scuffed up, but the real problem was the smelly hallway. As we walked from the elevator to the room, there were three or four very smelly spots-- urine, smoke, stale food etc. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed for remodeling. We would have chosen one of several less expensive options had we known. The hotels web site did not mention this.
