Room entry door had to try card key several times to work everytime, could not shut sliding door (only halfway) to shower & toilet. Garbage scattered all over ground outside window. advertised free breakfast & had only coffee breifly at times, no food. Had to leave 1 day early & told they could not refund. I will never stay at a roadway again.

The person checking us in only spoke to me when asking how I wanted to pay the deposit. No "welcome" or "how can I help you?" Nothing. The pool is supposed to open at 8, but not a single counter person could be found before we left at 9:3]

Dirty room

We stayed here because of a few reviews that said the place looked run-down but was clean. Our room was not clean. Walls and surfaces were in need of wiping down. There were rubber bands stuck in some kind of goop on top of the mini-fridge. There was reddish-brownish schmutz on the sink. The shower had what appeared to be some kind of reddish mold. There were light brown, drip-streaks on the bathroom walls. We asked for an extra pillow and there was something hard and black stuck to the pillow inside the pillow case. The hallway reeked of marijuana when we arrived. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom (or anywhere in the room). The room smelled vaguely of cigarettes. The carpet looked and felt like it had been a long time since it had been cleaned. I understand that a 2-star hotel is going to be no-frills; I just expected it to be clean. I will not be staying here again.
