From the moment we walked in the front door, we were thrilled with our stay. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean. Our sixth floor room was immaculate. The only thing we weren't struck on was the dated jacuzzi tub in the room. While it was not in working order, we know how difficult the jets can be to clean properly (we used to own the exact same tub).That being said, it was our only "complaint". Every staff member we encountered was friendly and warm. Even the elevator and corridors smelled and appeared clean. The restaurant downstairs served delicious, reasonably priced food. Don't be fooled by the "fancy" appearance; the restaurant was welcoming and accessible. The front desk clerk happily helped us secure transportation to a nearby venue for a concert. Check-out the next morning was smooth and pleasant. We enjoyed a king sized room and found the price to be overly affordable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return again if we were back in Saint John for an event at TD Station.

I would not recommend this hotel. It has been refurbished and was done very poorly- lots of obvious quick fixes everywhere (paint peeling on doors and doorframes, tiles quickly slapped together that dont quite join up, curtain rods installed crooked, the list goes on and on). Window in our room was dirty and one part permanently fogged up so you couldnt see out. Elevator floor was dirty and sticky. We paid extra for breakfast in the hotel it and it was terrible- quality of food was simply awful, dry muffins, cold eggs, watered down juice- we left our table quickly after sitting down it was not eatable. Unfortunate hotel experience, but the staff were ok- however the facility and services offered were a real disappointment.

Very clean rooms and Daily service , good breakfast , Pretty decent restaurant The second night there was an unruly and creepy guest in the pool area , was asked to leave but wasn’t at first . Eventually they were able to get it under control but I would of like to see it happen faster As a female traveller with children my second night I didn’t feel as comfortable in the hotel as the first night.

Unwelcome experience

I had an unpleasant experience in the pool area. About 5 minutes into the pool area about 30 children entered with parents. I would have planned around it if there was a sign or notice on the door. Also, the pool should be adult only after 7pm.
