The room was not as clean as it should of been. We were there as a basketball team and some parents got discounts on their room when i questioned why i was not able to i was provided you pay what you pay. Customer service was not great. One team dad even got an upgrade for 120 dollars he paid for his room. I paid 260 dollars for the same thing he had. Its not fair

The sign was broken, so it was difficult to recognize the building. The rugs are old and need to be replaced with wood flooring - requires updates. However, it was quiet and very clean, which I appreciate a lot.
