Very nice hotel love all the bright colors very welcoming. The night clerk was amazing quick check in. Room was nice what I expected. Breakfast is good. Good variety. The pancake machine actually makes a decent sized pancake not a little dollar sizes. Staff for breakfast was very nice on top of picking up things very clean. Pool was on the cold side a little bit. Hot tub was great very big deep like 4 ft deep. Right by the harbor really cool big cranes and stuff.

Room was very clean. Nice touch having Dove products in the bathroom. Parking was easy and breakfast had plenty to choose from. Downside is its a bit of a noisy area both outside and inside the hotel, and our shower had a partially clogged drain. We only stayed for a quick one night stay and it met our needs.

We absolutely loved the Staff!! John on the 3 to 11 shift Saturday September 27 was fantastic, helpful and super friendly!!! Also Tasha the lady who worked the breakfast on Sunday September 28 went above and beyond to made sure I enjoyed my breakfast!! The room was big and clean and beds were comfortable and pillows were great. Awesome views of the Saint John Harbor and there were fireworks last night as a surprise. Will definitely stay there again. Hot tub was beyond amazing!!!!! Thank you HI Express Saint John.
