Our floors weren't really clean, but otherwise great place. Beds are comfortable, breakfast was good and varied despite being pre-packaged. Side note- Google maps shows a different entrance so make sure you turn at Taco Bell.
Staff when we arrived was not that friendly. The late night, early morning staff was very helpful and nice.
The hotel location and condition was fine. The only negative was that a tour bus was checking in when we got there and there was only 1 front desk clerk to check them in. The same thing happened for breakfast. The employees did as well as they could have done, however management should have done something better and than they did. I would stay there again but wanted to point that out.
The hotel pool wasn’t open. The doors to get in the building wouldn’t work it was -2 outside and had to walk to front of building.
Clean room and quiet! Staff at desk very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is At breakfast they needed some bread and muffins. On a Saturday morning needed to stock up more. The man supervising the breakfast was very nice, but however the ordering works needed more food!!
The room was very comfy. Bed, linens, pillows all great. However my first night was on the expressway side and it was very loud. On the second day I asked to be moved to an interior room which was great. So If you are a light sleeper you may want to ask for an interior room.
Convenient location, good experienc

The AC did not work Call the desk And was told sorry I’ll let the
Nice staff. Hotel needs some updating, for it to have been Covid thought the room would have been cleaner. It was stuff from the previous guest still in the room. Like old mask by the bed, and paper in the closet. It was okay for a last minute hotel stay. Nice breakfast. Pool time slots I liked because it was just us at the pool.
Property was worn and not clean. Have stayed there many times and it has steadily declined the last few years.
We were there for volleyball and due to covid our team couldn’t swim together. Was a bummer because they all played together so just didn’t make sense. Also the hot tub jets barely move so the water wasn’t circulating and was actually kind of gross. Wasn’t too bad of a stay but could use some updating
I love how the pool and hot tub are right next to each other so that I can watch children while relaxing.
For everything going on with covid and the snow festival i was satisfied with the room the only thing i wish it would of had a microwave. I thought the price was a little high but its the price they asked for.
Pillows were laying on floor with no pillow covers! Had to go back down to ask for them! Staff was very rude and acted like they had better this to do. No creamer for coffee. No lids for coffee cups. Horrible stay.
The photos on Orbitz and Google were deceiving due to showing an in-room jacuzzi, which was the main reason I had booked at this hotel. The front desk employee stated they had no such thing at their location. I would suggest taking down this photo for this location. The cleanliness was great and bed was comfortable.
