The breakfast was probably the only good thing about this place. Our room door had to be pulled/ pushed hard to open and close the door. The door lock latch was broken. Also there was a severly stained ottoman in our room. The wall panelling was falling off in the stair well. The pool was cooler but the hot tub was not hot at all and a gentlemen was scarcastic that it was indeed hot.

DIRTY

DIRTY!! There were dead bugs at head of bed. Plus it was filthy dirty on the carpet at head of bed on floor. I asked about bed bugs and they told ME to bring out bugs to check for bed bugs! Whole place was dirty, not maintained! It smelled bad! Smelled like mold! My son’s room toliet was clogged. They handed be a dirty plunger across front desk instead of taking it up. They actually asked me to bring plunger back! I didn’t. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I can’t image that others haven’t complained!! I didn’t expect this from the Radisson Brand.

Our room was dirty the hot tub was not working. it was very noisy in the hotel . We've used this hotel many times before, we probably won't be using it again very disappointed

Everything was very dirty in the room, they were also renovating and it was loud, and not well kept as renovations were being done. Dust was caked onto the walls and floors and any surface, it had the weirdest musty smell and the curtains were ripped. Stains were on the ceiling as well as the mattresses. It made it feel very unsafe. We were also met with a ‘natural gas’ fire outside the hotel, that was claimed to not be a dumpster fire despite what it looked like. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the renovations make the hotel more cleanly.

They are in the middle of re-doing the facility. Right now the carpet in the halls and room is very dirty. There is only one ice machine and it's on the first floor, we were on the second. Only one small elevator. In the room there was a half drank bottle of fruit punch. The carpet had not only dirty spots everywhere but there was scraps of paper at the foot of the bed. There should be a tv guide listing the different channels as the guide on the tv doesn't match what is really on. Numerous cigarette butts around the outside close to the door. I was told that things were being updated and come January everything would be better. I must say the staff were all extremely helpful.

The room was not clean, there was gum on the headboard when we got there, also the head board looked like ot had never been dusted. Floors had stains, lamp shades had dust on them as well..curtains had rips in them. I have stayed at this hotel once a year for the last 15 years and this was the worst i have seen it.

There were stains on the carpet along with dead bugs. The tub was duct taped together. When leaving the hotel there were several people drinking beer at the picnic table outside. I really would not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very dated and rugs in hallway are dirty , our room we were in had no hot water in the bathroom sink , the bed was uncomfortable We got moved to a new room which was better but the Lock in the main door was not working just the door latch that prevents the door from opening from the outside was working The lady that moved us to a new room was very nice

Sheet were not clean. Hot tub was dirty and water didn't drain all the way from people who stayed before. Usually the name associated with the hotel is on the better side so I felt duped.

Needs upgrades, but staff was kind

On our recent stay we were visiting from Ontario Canada. It was an ideal location to visit Frankenmuth and had nearby amenities. The hotel is needing some upgrades - the hot tub was lukewarm at best and even though we told the front desk the staff couldn't do anything about it. The second day we tried again but still lukewarm. For us that was a big disappointment 😉 we also had hoped for more space to congregate as we had 4 in our party but not enough space 'hang out' to chat and sit around. The hotel is fairly dated but is kept clean.

The whole place smells bad, I got a jacuzzi room and it was dirty and gross it was badly patched no extra towels no bubble bath. the room smelled really bad there was exposed drywall patches the paint is unfinished and looks horrible

Couldn’t control the heat in both areas of the room. It was either too hot or too cold. Pillows were very lumpy Pull out bed mattress was very uncomfortable Curtains didn’t filter out the outside light at night time from the street lights Desk chair has seen better days -material scratched up and pulled apart. Pull out sofa cushions ripped and torn.

Service room every 3 days. Inly did partial cleaning when asked to service the room. Furnishings, electronics, carpet, cabinetry quite dated. Only local channels on tv. The "suite" had mismatched furnishings squeezed in to fit small space. AC/heater was falling out of encasement. Installed carpet base was partially updates with 70's carpet still instaed as well. Bathroom cabinet separated from wall. Common areas quite outdated and dirty.
