Great property. Easy parking. At the end of the strip but still walkable. A little dated but still very clean. Staff was super nice. Food was good, too!!

Very friendly staff

It had been many years ago that we stayed at Drury Inn. The room was vert nice and very clean. The Inn had both a nice evening meal and a nice breakfast. We did enjoy our time and our stay. Thanks to a nice staff and a wonderful place!

For one night, it was close for walking, staff was very friendly.

Dinner.

Charming setting, very helpful staff, and great meals. While so many hotels have surrendered to just breakfast-in-a-bag, Drury spoils its guests with a terrific breakfast spread!

I was very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were great facilities that our short stay didn't allow us to take advantage of, but would recommend to others. Also, I initially forgot to request accessible accommodations for my older parents. One pleasant telephone call later, they were put in a handicap accessible room which made it easier and safer for them to use the shower facilities. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Great location, close to the downtown area.

Excellent facility & service. Kudos to Miss Kristie (she gave me milk for my great niece's bottle at 11:30pm, along with excellent service pm &am of our stay!) and the KickBack & Breakfast Staffs! We had given up on dinner as we'd arrived late. All restaurants in town had long waits or were closed (damn pandemic!), my grand niece toddlers were cranky & hungry so we had resigned ourselves to eating peanut butter sandwiches in our room. My niece & I looked at each other & said, "Let's check out these little tickets before we go up to our room". To our surprise, a better dinner, included with the price of the room, better than anything we'd encountered our whole trip, free delicious breakfast as well. I would have spent as much on the the two meals & drinks we enjoyed than the entire price of our room.We didn't take advantage of the pool/hottub because of small size & full of guests (hotel was booked!). My joy of hotels (a rare treat for me) are the endless hot water showers. The hot water never gave out, but the water pressure was very weak.. yet, I survive ;). My great niece had left her dolphin necklace in the room, which we discovered before leaving town after shopping, and the staff blessed us with the cleaning staff having found it and waiting for us at the desk. I couldn't ask for a more accomodating & generous staff & accomodation. 5Stars2U!*****

Jennifer at the front desk was AWESOME!! She saw we had 2 groups and right away said "let me put your two rooms by each other! On our way out to walk Frankenmith it started to rain Jennifer got us umbrellas. What a pleasant representative for the hotel. Front desk is really on top of their game. The breakfast and kick-back were both very good. Great variety and very fresh. The room was very clean and nicely update.

There's one upside to staying here. An employee named Jennifer...she apologized, worked hard and did her best to ensure that the remainder of my stay was tolerable. The first night consisted of a room saying it had been clean and sterile only to find a pair of shoes and a box of food left behind from a previous occupant. Secondly, they allow guests to be accompanied with pets so my next-door occupant had a dog that barked all night long...There's the swimming pool that had limited occupancy and finally the call next day requesting if i wanted my room clean only to come back and still see trash from the night before that hadn't been picked up.

The Hotel is always nice and a great place to stay

Great location in downtown Frankenmuth. The hotel was reasonably clean and the staff was very friendly.

The breakfast and kick back evening food and drink is awesome. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful!

some of the upstairs lobby windows needed to be cleaned (they were smudged from what looked like many fingerprints)

The happy hour and breakfast was a nice value to be able to partake in.
