Poor service. Our sink would not drain. Advised front desk attendant. Still was broke when we left. Has to brush teeth in shower. When advising front staff of issue there was no urgency nor care to correct our situation. Never will we go there again

We stayed in the one bedroom suite with hot tub. The hot tub was plenty big enough for two people. The room was nice, not Vegas-style nice, but just nice, we were happy.
The light over the jetted tub did not work. Everything else was just excellent
The Staff were very friendly.
The hotel is old and smelled of smoke. And not just cigarette smoke. There was a smell that reminded you of car exhaust in the halls, the elevator, the room. This made the bedding smell. The drawers where dirty. There was “herb” or tobacco in the drawers. The staff was friendly. Would not stay here again.

Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and always they were always helpful. The parking was a challenge, they actually ran out of parking spaces.
I liked the size of the room, clean spaces, nice pool area with a lift to disabled guests to use the pool.

1st room we were given was not as clean as should have been. Comforter was dirty!! Had dried blood spots and dried food spot on it! The 2nd room we were moved to was better.
