Great, convenient location. My kids loved the pool. They do have two EV charging spots which aren't well marked - definitely will take advantage of that next trip! Great value!
Our first room had a minor issue and they quickly corrected the issue and gave us a new room.

Property was fine, unfortunately there was some type of loud noise periodically which interrupted our sleep throughout the night. Sounded like pipes banging or a jack hammer right outside our room. Could not stay asleep
The staff at check in and check out were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were updated and clean. This will definitely be my go-to place in Midland when i travel for work as the other hotels are much higher in price!
Standard good hotel Disappointed with grab-and-go breakfast (granola bars) when it's listed online as a real breakfast. Time to update the website or the "covid precautions"
There were non-guests lounging around the front door and lobby. It was a bit sketchy.

Really nice hotel. Check it was smooth, super friendly, helpful staff. Room was great. Bed was pretty comfortable. If you get a chance, eat at Shirlene's down the road.
9 mo old baby found a pill on the floor and ate it after being in the room for 1 minute
Need to find a different area for smoking, especially for employees. Very unpleasant coming through front door amongst all the smokers.
