My friend wants to stop by and say hi ,cuz I was there only for one night he arrive around 9pm , they want to charge him $20.00 to go to my room and ask for I'D and asking question why he was there, that rude and cheap

I make my reservation online. I was confused because the motel was listed as “Sacramento - West” and didn’t have an address on the mobile app page I was looking at. So I book it and it’s in West Sacramento! Not close to where I wanted to be. But I stayed there a few years ago and the staff was genuinely friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating so I wasn’t upset. I arrive and wait about 30 mins before being “helped”. I present my drivers license and my friends, who is staying with me. I’m told that I made a mistake booking and it’s $5 charge for him if he’s going to stay longer than two hours. I told the lady I was trying to follow their silly rules by declaring someone was going to be staying in the room with me. And I have a reservation, no changes required, already paid for. She says no. I ask to speak to the Manager. I wait another 5 min for him to finish a personal call in the back. When he finally does come out the person being helped after me needed him and he helped her first. I explain the situation and he also denies waiving the $5 fee. I mentioned I had stayed there before and had such a positive experience I rated them on google with 5 stars. He said it’s your choice, pay the $5 or call Orbitz for a refund. I payed the $5 but never again. Also my rsvp was for 1 person, 2 bed smoking handicap room. Which doesn’t exist. So did I make the mistake or did he?!?

I can appreciate security at a hotel, however, the security was rude and practically threatened us to be evicted. We had a friend meet us at our hotel so that we can Uber to dinner. She said our friend had to leave immediately since she was not registered at the front desk. Then she added we could get evicted.

Good for the price to stay overnight. Staff was very courteous & checked me in promptly. Location was close enough to the event I was attending. Premises is secured by a security guard which made me feel safer.

This motel is patrolled by a rude rent a cop, this motel is GHETTO, everyone staying in the room must provide an ID and must show your ID to enter the property, however there are people comming up the back stairways who shouldnt be there who arent harassed. The non smoking rooms smell like cigarettes and the bedding is dirty/stained...... do not stay here

I suppose you get what you pay for here but considering this is a nationwide chain I figured it would at least have the basics like a hairdryer and iron; Nope!. Shady patrons hanging out in the parking lot. Large gap under the door that let in bugs. Cleaning staff arrives 30 min before checkout then says "I have 20 other rooms to clean!" when you ask them to come back after checkout. Rude staff, creepy setting, terrrible place to stay. The only nice thing I can say is the AC worked. Do not stay here.
