Eppie's Great Race

For fitness fans, Eppie's Great Race, also known as “The World's Oldest Triathlon,” is held every summer. One unique difference in this triathlon is the kayaking element instead of swimming as one of the three parts. This event is not only the largest one-day kayaking event in the country, it helps to raise important funds for the Sacramento County Therapeutic Recreation Services each year.
