- To rent this property, guests must be 25 years of age or older.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or VAPING INDOORS -$250 FEE
- Toiletries/essentials provided as a starter kit, for each booking.
- There is free parking available for 2 vehicles (off street parking, facing the property). Additional guests can park along Route 1A if needed. The area is very busy during the summer months.
- If you are traveling with small or very young children, please be mindful that the home is close to Ocean Blvd that is a busy road; we don't have any child safety features available such as outlet covers, cabinet locks etc.
- Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Don't forget to log out.
- There is NO Dishwasher, NO Washer/Dryer (laundromat is 4 miles away)
- There are two bedroom air conditioners, if needed, and another freestanding air conditioner for the main living area. At the beach, the use of open windows and air flow through the house will work the best.
- Please use the grill only on the deck and not anywhere adjacent to the house
- This home is NOT pet friendly
