Hotel needs upgrading. Our stay was ok. Breakfast room needs nicer decoration and plants. Food was just ok.

Nice infinity pool but charged us 5 euros each for a towel. Wanted to charge us 5 euros for second room key with two guests. Nice and large rooms with great view but no wifi in rooms only public places. Lots of older tour groups.

We had a lovely room with a good view of the lake. The breakfast was very nice. Convenient to many restaurants in the Bellagio tourist area, the boats, the outside parking, and the promenade.

Good experience friendly, clean and above expectations compared to other hotels in Italy at the same rate. Efficient staff - breakfast was ok limited selections. Had a very good night sleep - no noise at all. Rooms are clean and have everything you need.

Great hotel if you have a car, right next to A9 freeway. It is nice if you want to visit Como by car or visit Milano by train (15 minutes) walk to Lomazzo Train station but be sure you get back in town before sunset because the area is quiet dark.
