Fantastic hotel! The staff went out of our way to make us feel welcome and the facilities were incredible. We got a room upgrade and they sent up a bottle of wine complementary. The rooftop view is amazing and the location was perfect.

We stayed here during the Halloween week. We actually felt that we should have spent a couple of days more given that how beautiful the property was. It is located right on the edge of Lake Como with a road separating the access to the promenade along the lake. Being at a slight slope up, the property offers unobstructed view of the lake and layers of mountains unfolding in the horizon. We booked a large family room and upon speedy check-in, found a double height room with large windows facing the lake, waiting for us. The room was very spacious with enough space even after putting up a small bed for the kid. Double height added to feel. The bathroom was literally huge as far as European standards are concerned, with smart and efficient fixtures. The hotel is fairly new and boasts of beautiful architecture with two residence blocks, large courtyard with glass envelope allowing sunlight to come in while you sip a glass of wine at leisure. The pool area was our favourite place as it offers stunning view of the lake. One can sit there for hours on the lounge chairs and admire the beauty of Lake Como The main city square is hardly a 10-minute walk from the hotel and one can take the lake promenade to walk down along the lake. The bus-stop “Villa Olmo” is just outside the hotel, offering frequent city buses to roam around places. The main railway station (San Giovanni) is accessible too through a short 10-min bus ride. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the café. The staff were very pleasant and readily made customized food items available. The buffet was plentiful and the pastries do need a special mention as our son couldn’t have enough Overall, a highly recommended place with beautifully appointed rooms, great settings, easy access. We will definitely be back again and this time, for a longer stay. Thank you

Prefetto! We appreciate great service, but this staff is some of the best I've ever encountered--I cannot gloat enough about the sincere service and care. Everything about this property is truly awesome. The property is new, beautiful, chic, and warm. Serena welcomed us at the front desk and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and felt special. Arturo at the lobby bar was a quick friend and artist, providing world-class drinks and service. Everyone else we encountered--also at the rooftop restaurant (Daniele and József)--is the archetype of super service. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We have a good stay at Hilton Lake Como , the hotel was really good and the service was nice , the room was without breakfast and they have charged self parking underground . the room was nice and clean , the location 3 minutes walking to the lake and the was good but the hotel little bit far from Como downtown I think its need around 15 minutes walking .

I’m a Diamond member of Hilton honors and first time visited this hotel. Firstly about terrace management and workers were so polite helpfully and good guys. But about receptionist Daniels terrible guy. I have 1 year old baby and his food and water was in minibar when I’m check in in hotel I leave deposit but first they we spend it that’s why they block automatically minibar I call him and told but he kidding about my money and he were rude and didn’t help about open minibar! 1 year old baby didn’t get food and water because of that terrible man whole evening and night I going to outside and find something for my baby! This is big disappointed for me ! I’ll never stay here one more time !

Every single staff member was excellent during our recent 6-night stay. They remember your name, they remember when it is time for coffee or Old Fashioned's. I can not say enough amazing things about the team there. Additionally, the hotel is in an excellent location and it is beautiful and clean.

I loved the modern design, colors, interior design, view - all absolutely stunning. For those who love to stay in contemporary hotels really recommended. But, what I did not like: - Room smell I was somehow close to the kitchen. Hence had always the smell of the kitchen. I think it comes through the aircon in the bathroom, as I had the windows closed - Noise Yes, I had the windows closed because the cars on the street were disturbing. The hotel is definitely not directly at the street, but you hear the street noise. I am not used to that - Room service I wanted to order something to eat, noone picked up the phone, at no extension. - Upgrade option as Gold member Was not granted, albeit I asked for before arrival and no full occupancy - Service Needed some medicine - had to organize on my own My expectation was high, but given the prices of the hotel, service could be better. However, I have to admit, they nicely reacted after I gave the feedback on the Hilton Survey.

Perfect location for a romantic weekend getaway. We stayed in a twin deluxe lake view room and it was splendid. Room is huge with a great size tub and balcony over. Did I mention about the pool with that marvelous lake view. Oh my!!! Plus the staff here are all friendly and helpful. Bravo!!!

This is a five star hotel experience. Best Hilton ever and I have been all over the world with Hilton Hotels chain. Great staff, spacious and super clean room. We got an upgrade which is always appreciated.

This was one of my favorite hotels this Europe trip. The rooms are stunning and spacious, the staff goes above and beyond. The roof top restaurant, bar and pool has amazing views! Spa is a a must visit, the waters and saunas alone are worth a visit, love the hot and cold combos. One of the things I would highly recommend is the getting the breakfast added at check-in for a discount, you will not be disappointed, kudos to all the staff here! FYI Hotel is very new and super clean and has a huge lobby hang out area!
