The hotel is run by a turkish family and they are very much caring so that you can enjoy your stay. The room we had was clean and alright. Bed was good. The hotel is well located and the city is within walking distance.

Stayed at this small Hotel in July, it is run by a Turkish family who cannot do enough for you! There was no air conditioning so I asked for and was given a fan, the breakfast was serve yourself, very reasonably priced and plenty of choice. I asked if they did evening meals and they said they would cook specially for me if I wished. The room was basic but clean and I would stay again if in the area.

Stayed here for a week while I was in Rotterdam. Hotel is well located, and very close to Coolhaven station. The room was bright, compact, and clean. Staff were all particularly friendly and helpful. Certainly would recommend.

Stayed here as I was travelling alone, I was nervous about being in a new city on my own, but I felt very safe in this hotel. The staff are really friendly and kind. The room was comfortable and perfectly clean. This hotel is perfect for ladies travelling alone.

I'm putting the highest mark, as I had a very positive experience with this hotel: I arrived for a business meeting, but it turned out that I didn't take any shirts with me. It wouldn't have been the end of the world, but for sure I didn't feel comfortable, especially that all the shops were a bit far and it was an early morning, so they were closed on the top of that. However the new owner of the hotel offered to drive me to one of the shops, which could be open. The shop was also closed, but we continued driving. In 10 minutes we saw a shop, where there was someone inside. The hotel owner stopped the car and went inside to explain the situation and the sales person opened the shop for me earlier. So thanks to that I've bought everything I needed and was packed for the meeting. This was a very nice experience, showing that people can help each other just because this is normal and good thing to do. As to the hotel I would say that it is a very good combination of price and quality. The room was clean and the breakfast had a good variety of choice. The location was perfect for. Many thanks, hope to stay there again

This hotel is very reasonably priced and is clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The manager(owner)? Tural was particularly welcoming. The hotel benefits from being two minutes walk from the metro station Coolhaven. Overall a good place to stop for a couple of nights.

The interior of the rooms is a bit out dated and feels a bit cheap here and there, but the rooms are clean, the mattresses are decent, and the employees are very friendly. All in all great value for money.

Nice, small, clean hotel in the heart of the Rotterdam. Euromast tower and metro station is in walking distance. Rotterdam airport and centrum is also so close. There are kids playing area in the walking distance. Very quiet hotel. You can sleep well. Also has a small lovely garden full of flowers. This hotel has a Turkish director who is a very kind and helpful person. Glad to meet him.

We stayed for 1 night. Check-in welcome wasn't very enthusiastic. When we got to the room, it was cold, but at least it warmed up pretty quickly (about 1 hour). Room size was OK, bathroom had a big shower space (I appreciate this a lot in hotels). Sink's tap was a bit crooked and loose. If you are on a budget, but still want to stay in a hotel and not in a hostel in Rotterdam, this is pretty OK choice.

The staff was affable and efficient, even when we were arriving late. We liked the free city map for grabs at the check-in counter. The hotel was very quiet and clean, especially the room. The mattress was the soft kind but comfortable, the linen and pillows were of good quality and all in all they gave us two very good nights of sleep. The free Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, including inside the room. The room and bathroom were heated. The room wasn’t warm enough on our arrival and it was difficult to find the heating regulation inside the bed’s head but once adjusted it was working great. It is located in a nice place off the museum park and near the canals. It is a 5 minutes bike ride to the centre of the city. Yet it is easily accessible by car or transportation and it is easy to remember how to get back there. There is parking spaces for cars (and bicycles) near the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the shabby shower head, which didn’t provide enough water flow for washing your head.
