The room wasn’t clean when we entered, small bits on the floor and marks on the sink, shower was slowly running water. The bedroom size is so tiny and considering I paid over 100 euros per night I wouldn’t expect the bed to be lodged, touching the 3 sides of the wall. The bed is also not a real queen bed just two singles put together and they keep coming apart as you sleep. The parking outside is 3-6 euros per hour and they don’t have parking available when u arrive. They might give u a parking spot a couple days into ur trip. The staff seemed fine. The most annoying part was that I booked a hotel in the main building and they sent us down the road to their second location. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and this was so disappointing for the price, the attention to care wasn’t there, it wasn’t clean, no parking, etc etc. most places I stay at go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable; this place didn’t even provide water or tea. If I come to Rotterdam again it won’t be to this hotel. I would not recommend

Its a nice hotel located an 8-10 minute walk from the Central Station so it is quite easy and convenient to get to. Breakfast was great, the staff in the morning were really nice. The area is also nice with a nice long walk that includes greenery. My only reasoning why I would give it 4 star is that the room I stayed at was in another building, overall it was a very nice hotel

Decent hotel for the price. Provided good bed shower and TV. Didn’t sample breakfast but you can get great coffee next door, although the machine coffee at the hotel is free. Convenient for the train station, nice quiet area. Lighting in the room could be made better, one strong spotlight by a mirror would be helpful.

Not a great experience

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. I just found the room to be quite dusty. Also the pictures advertised for the superior room on the website where a bit deceptive as the room i got was just a standard looking room. When checking in we where sent to a "sister hotel" 3 minutes down the road and where told it had the same facilities but it didnt. It was more like a hostel. There was no reception/facilities such as a bar etc. All it had was a kitchenette in the entrance and seating. When i booked the rooms it mentioned bottled water in the rooms. There was none and the lobby area didnt even have a vending machine or anything. So after arriving late enough we had to leave again to go find a shop just to get some water. So overall it was a bad experience. Not sure how this is rated a 4 star hotel. The main hotel maybe but the "sister hotel" not a chance.

Unfortunately the hotel did not disclose that our room would be in a separate location and we were expected to haul our bags and then go back in forth for bar and food service, as there were no amenities in the offsite location. Beware when you book.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. Although I was initially surprised to be moved to a different room in a nearby hotel just four minutes away, the transition was smooth and the new room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, providing a cozy atmosphere. While the breakfast could have been better—it felt more like a simple spread rather than a full buffet—it was still enjoyable. While I had expected a more boutique feel based on the hotel's advertisement, the facilities, though decent, didn't fully align with that image. Nonetheless, the stay was comfortable, and the hospitality was commendable. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for convenience and comfort with a touch of charm.

The property is very nice and walkable from the central station. Everything else was super nice but one thing that bothered me was the room was very dark due to the black wallpapers and less intensity lights. You can hardly see anything inside the room.

Renovation required

The hotel needs renovation look and feel is old. Air-conditioning barely worked, took very long to cool room down. The room needed some air but the window will barely open. A small room with a pretty small bathroom. All in all one can understand why they were the only ones to have a vacant room for me last minute b4 the Rotterdam North Sea Jzz festival...

Room was good and decent size but parking is a big problem. We didn’t had the app and hotel staff didn’t hello to find parking or to pay for parking. For a tourist it’s not easy as it’s in middle of residential area.
