Summary:
The Studio is your perfect couple's getaway for a short stay in Rotorua. Situated in Tihiotonga, you're surrounded by quality homes and farmland but just a short drive or ride to The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, Secret Spot Hot Tubs and many other local attractions.
The lounge has a smart TV with surround sound for a movie night.
Cooking can be done in the kitchenette with a bench top grill with hot plates plus a microwave.
The Space:
The Studio has the living downstairs with an open plan lounge, dining and kitchenette. Bathroom and toilet are downstairs also and then the bedroom is upstairs with a Queen and a Double bed in the bedroom along with a lovely sunny deck off the bedroom.
Guest Access:
Owner's live on-site in the main house which is quite seperate from The Studio sharing the driveway only. The owner's living area is on the other side of the house away from your view.
You have your own parking space for one vehicle just outside.

Although the owners live on-site, the property is managed by InnList Holiday Homes. We'll be available by phone, message or email during your stay.
