Home Base is a well-equipped and family-friendly property made up of a comfortable main house and a separate sleep-out—perfect for groups wanting a bit of extra space and privacy. The main house includes a queen master bedroom and a second bedroom with two king single beds and a single trundler—great for kids or extra guests. There's a full bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, and a cosy living room to relax in. Just steps away, the sleep-out offers a private queen bedroom and its own bathroom with shower and toilet, making it ideal for grandparents, couples, or teens. The garage contains a dryer for guest use. Home Base is a relaxed and practical retreat for your Rotorua stay.

Quiet neighborhood close to downtown
Good location for exploring the area, but you will need a car. The spa tub was lovely. The house itself is a bit quirky and needs some freshening up. Note that the third bedroom and second bathroom are off of the garage which is detached from the main house.
