We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!

This is a very cute spot in the heart of Rome! We arrived early so Maria let us store our bags there for breakfast and check in early at 10:45ish in the morning! The room is spacious enough for this location and I love the big living room where there is a coffee machine, kettle, and a few seating spots. The location is very convenient and we mainly travelled on buses to get to various destinations. It’s perfect for a short stay in Rome!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this location for our first trip to Rome. Check-in was smooth and the host was very friendly. The location was close to many attractions and restaurants which made exploring easy. The host allowed us to leave our bags on the property for several hours after check out as our train did not leave until later in the afternoon which was much appreciated.

Everything about this property was perfect. Clean, amazing location, easy check in. Highly recommend! Bed was comfortable, our room was super quiet. There’s a common area with a couch, kitchenette, and table to sit! This is a shared space with the other people staying at Xenia but we never had an issue. The apartment renovated and is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful old building which had an old elevator which was super cool to experience! It was very reliable as well. Highly recommend. Definitely will stay here if returning to Rome. Staff was only there here and there but always available via WhatsApp if needed!

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. It had a nice comfortable bed, great lines, pillows. Everything was really clean. Because it's the thing i look for when booking, I'll start there - the beds were very comfortable! The room was updated, in a good location, and managed by wonderful staff! Would reccomend. Waking distance from everything. Only thing to note is the walls are a little thin, but not too bad to be a deal breaker! Mostly from the hallway.

We had a lovely stay at the Xenia Guest House. We really liked the historic building in which it is located. Maria, our host, was especially helpful with restaurant options and insights into the various neighborhoods. The location is great! Just over the bridge is Travestere; Xenia is adjacent to the Jewish Ghetto; and, across the street a couple blocks away is the market at Campo dei Fiori - all of which were fun to explore and had some great restaurant options. We walked to everything with the exception of the Vatican (took the bus to that which was very convenient). We would definitely stay at Xenia again!
