My wife and I stayed here during our first trip to Rome, and it was great! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was, especially the bathroom. The contennental breakfast was very generous and more than we expected. It was nice to be able to have a full belly before starting our day. The maid service did a great job, keeping our room clean every single day which made it nice to come back to after a long day of site-seeing. Lastly, the location of the hotel is perfect! It's only a two minute walk to the Termini station which made it super easy and convenient for us to get around the city and get back to the hotel. There was also a great restaurant right across the street called Imperivm, if you end up staying at UNA you should definitely check it out!

The location is why we initially picked the hotel. We were warmly greeted on arrival (late which the hotel confirmed back prior to arrival via email that it was no problem). The room was huge and we had the free mini-bar which was well worth the room upgrade. It included free breakfast which was good but not as good as we have had in Europe in the past. Very clean and modern. The area outside the hotel is not the best but then again it's only due to the fact its near the train station. Also, its very close to the Metro stop and there are convenience stores and restaurants in the immediate area.

This is a clean and nice hotel just one block away from Termini. Although the neighborhood is not as glamorous as others parts of Rome, the transportation is so convenient to go anywhere in the city. Room is very clean and modern.

Super location near Roma Termini train station - one block away. We had a suite which was beautiful! We spent our last night in Rome here and wished we had another day to lounge around in our spacious room and take a bath in the luxuriously huge tub! Wonderful breakfast buffet was included in our rate and it was plentiful, delicious, and had many options. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

We stayed here 4 years ago and wanted to come back, very satisfied again!!!

2 mins walk from Rome Termini. Nice and Clean hotel to stay.

We will definitely without a doubt staying at UNA Roma Hotel the next time we are in Rome. From the moment we checked-in with Simone, we knew already that we are going to have a great experience with the Hotel Staff and the Hotel itself. Nice and Clean room, good breakfast, staff are very accomodating and the location is perfect walking distance to Colosseum, Spanish Steps and many attractions.

We spent 12 nights at the Una. First it was easy to find after riding the train from Fumicino (only 1 block away). The staff was very friendly, most had excellent English skills, pretty good breakfast, and more than adequate rooms. We had to change rooms because of a maintenance problem--we inspected two rooms to move to and turned down one. They were very co-operative during the whole process and made it painless for us. The staff was pretty good about advice on sights and tours although the bus on the Pompeii tour was tighter than any I've ever ridden on. It is quite and very clean. We would go again anytime and stay with them!!

Amazing location very easy walk to train station. Staff was very nice. Food was wonderful! Best of all was the room. You will not find a bigger more comfortable room in Rome!

Good hotel that has a good location since it is very close to the Termini station. Bed and room was good except they only gave 2 very soft pillows so we had to use our travel pillows while sleeping.

Great visit. Very well located adjacent to Termini Station. Walking distance from many attractions - Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and more. Rooms were modern but small. Excellent breakfast, very accommodating staff/service. Will def stay here again!!

Very clean room. Love the modern details. The staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet is good. Very very close to Termini station and easy walk to close by sites and/or easy metro stops to sites.

My room had its own private patio--a nice surprise. It was lovely to sit outside and watch the light change. The bed was comfortable, the sheets luxurious, the amenities all top notch. What an unexpected gem of a place. And it's only a black from Roma Termini station, plus within walking distance of most of the Ancient Rome sites.

Overall the experience was good. The room was fairly large and clean and the bed was mostly comfortable. There were a couple of issues though. One, the toilet was exceptionally high. I'm about 160cm which is not tall by any means but not too short either and my feet did not touch the floor while sitting on the toilet. Very weird. The other thing is there was nowhere to hang the small towels in the bathroom so you had to just throw them somewhere. Another thing is that the chair in the room was not very comfortable either and seemed to be for very tall people too. The last thing is that the shower head was quite clogged so the spray was very thin and strong and was painful when opened fully so you had to open it only half way. One more thing, the hotel is close to the central station but also close to a neighborhood where there seem to be lots of immigrants so I have to say I did not feel very safe walking there at night.

My sister and I visited four cities while vacationing in Italy (Venice, Florence, Rome, and Milan.) Una Roma Hotel more than met our expectations. It was the best hotel out of the four different hotels we stayed at during our vacation. The hotel is conveniently located very near Termini Train station. We requested a room in the upper floors since we read a review saying the street could get a little loud at night. Our room was in the fourth floor, it was quiet and the best sleep we had during our vacation in Italy. The room was very clean and luxurious. The bed was really comfortable and we love the fact they have different pillows you can choose from according to your preferences. Definitely worth the money.

We spent a few nights here prior to our cruise departing from Rome. It was well appointed, centrally located, with courteous staff. Lovely start to a wonderful trip!

When we arrived we were told there would be a wait - our room wasn't ready. When we returned we were told we received an upgraded room. Yeah right. The room was nice but there was no view and we were next to the trolley/train tracks which seemed to run every few minutes. There was a loud party or something going on that lasted until at least 2am. We were so tired from our long flight nothing was going to keep us from falling asleep...so we stayed the night. The front desk staff were just ok. The dining room staff were not friendly. The bell staff were great.

Very nice hotel I had trouble emailing from my room it has a good restaurant with a buffet

We stayed here in 2010 and the wife wanted to stay here again....so here we are. Hotel is a little pricey but worth it. Our room #525 was large and laid out nicely. Wife said bed sheets smell clean and nice. Bathroom is large, clean and updated. Came with small stocked refrigerator. Also coffee/tea in the room. Air condition worked very good. Wifi was free and worked in the room. Hotel breakfast that came with the room was very nice and plenty of items to pick from. Hotel lobby and grounds are very well kept up and the staff was very pleasant. Hotel located about 1 block from the train station in a nice location. We felt safe at night in the area. Plenty of restaurants and fast foods in the area. Very convenient to bus, tram, subway and prices are 1,50 EUR per person, valid for 100 minutes after validation. The bus/tram/subway routes are pretty easy to follow on the map with the printed bus numbers, tram numbers and subway color coded. Subways are a great way to travel around in Rome. Can transfer from subway to bus most of the time. We found that traveling during July & Aug. are the hottest months and will not do that again. We have been to Rome a few times before in mid June and it was beautiful weather and less crowds.

Hotel UNA was a real surprise! We didn't expect too much especially the location is not far from the central train station. But to our great surprise, the neighborhood of the hotel was not bad and our entire experiences of our five nights day was fantastic! Hotel staff was very helpful to all our questions and requests! We were offer small amount of additional money at the check in to upgrade to a very good room with free mini bar. We can drink as much as we want from this fully loaded mini frig. on this hot summer Rome holidays was very welcome! Breakfast was good! Room and bathroom was fresh and spacious! We will definitely go back to stay again if we get to visit Rome again! The nice hotel made our visit to Rome a wonderful experiences!
